He didn't know what was wrong with him.
Ever since the Star Plasma Vessel incident, he'd felt inexplicable confusion in his heart.
His once unshakeable beliefs now seemed full of holes.
"Hu~"
Geto exhaled deeply, slapping his cheeks to stop his spiraling thoughts.
"Whatever the right path is, strength is the best tool to walk it!"
Geto's eyes refocused with determination. Cursed energy surged within him.
He could clearly sense a special threshold. Reaching it would elevate his technique to a higher realm.
The legendary innate domain constructed from one's technique—Domain Expansion!
Sorcerers who achieved this feat were renowned throughout history.
Geto naturally had that competitive spirit too.
"Cursed energy, cursed spirits, domain..."
These words flashed through his mind. Cursed energy erupted instantly.
Geto opened his eyes sharply, hands naturally forming a mudra.
Index, middle, and ring fingers intertwined inward, thumbs and pinkies pressed together upright—the Mahamayuiri Yama seal, also known as the Peacock Great Bright King mudra.
"Domain Expansion: Universal Myriad Phenomena!"
Satoru Gojo, grinning like an idiot, suddenly sensed massive cursed energy fluctuations.
Teleporting to Geto's residence, he immediately spotted the conspicuous giant black sphere.
His mood soured instantly!
He hadn't even bragged to Suguru yet!
Inside the domain, black water-like ground continuously spawned cursed spirits.
Some were ones Geto had tamed, others he'd seen but not absorbed.
Through imagination alone, Geto effortlessly replicated them within his domain.
Then, the black water beneath his feet surged upward, lifting him high and forming a majestic throne.
Geto sat calmly upon it, overlooking the dense horde of cursed spirits below like their sovereign king.
"Domain technique: zero cursed energy cost to spawn infinite cursed spirits? And these spirits count as extensions of my body!"
Geto explored his domain's abilities with fascination.
Zero-cost infinite spirit generation was already stunning.
But treating them as body parts offered incredible versatility.
Geto could clearly feel that normally, his Cursed Spirit Manipulation controlled spirits like obedient pets—separate entities.
But these domain spirits were like his fingers. Their brains were external expansions of his own.
As he pondered the applications, Satoru's voice rang from outside.
"Suguru! Can you hear me?"
"Satoru?"
Geto smirked. Perfect chance to show off.
He immediately dispelled the domain, waving to Satoru with a smile.
"Yo, Satoru! What brings you here? I was practicing Domain Expansion. My apologies for the poor hospitality!"
He deliberately emphasized "Domain Expansion."
Satoru's face twitched. "Showing off? I mastered it ages ago!"
"Huh? Show me then."
"I just did. I'm in technique cooldown now."
"If you can't, just admit it. I won't laugh~"
Geto shrugged, making Satoru's forehead vein bulge.
"You bastard! Wait till tomorrow! Once my cooldown's up, my domain will scare you to death!"
Technique cooldown occurred after dispelling a domain, rendering the sorcerer's innate technique unusable—like an overheated engine cooling down.
(Innate techniques couldn't be used, but cursed energy and Reverse Cursed Technique could. Shoko was an exception—her innate technique was RCT, and she had no domain anyway.)
In canon, Satoru burned out his brain against Sukuna and RCT-healed it, essentially swapping engines to bypass cooldown.
But current Satoru wasn't that insane yet.
So like other sorcerers and curses, he could only use Domain Expansion once per day.
Geto readily accepted Satoru's challenge.
From his attitude, Geto knew Satoru had genuinely unlocked it—not bluffing.
In that case, he wanted to see whose domain was superior!
After Satoru left Geto's place, he ran into Riko head-on.
"Yo, Riko!"
Riko relayed Toji's message.
"Ten Shadows?"
Satoru's expression grew complex.
Riko looked puzzled. "What's wrong? Is it strong?"
"Yeah, incredibly... but it's not about strength."
Satoru stifled a laugh.
The Zenin clan was truly unlucky. They ostracized Toji for lacking cursed energy, only for him to become a superhuman Heavenly Restriction monster.
Then they fumbled a Ten Shadows heir too.
Good hand played terribly.
"No wonder if another Heavenly Restriction pops up, the Zenins won't dare bully them again!"
Satoru got Toji's number, deciding to properly train this Ten Shadows prodigy.
Not now, though—he was still a student. Wait till Megumi finished junior high.
For now, he'd reserve his Jujutsu High spot.
The next day.
Satoru and Geto faced off, eyes burning with battle lust.
They formed hand seals simultaneously.
"Domain Expansion: Unlimited Void!"
"Domain Expansion: Universal Myriad Phenomena!"
Instantly, the two domains collided and stalemated, like wrestlers locked in struggle.
Satoru removed his sunglasses, revealing azure eyes. "Suguru, my domain technique is mental control—forcing endless junk data into the target's brain, crashing it."
Revealing one's technique unbound power restrictions, strengthening it.
Geto raised an eyebrow. "Sounds special. And strong."
"Of course. Eat this!"
Without waiting, Satoru unleashed his technique on Geto.

Lore Note (Must Read):
In canon, Satoru Gojo's Unlimited Void affects everyone inside the barrier except himself and those he's touching. For this adaptation, it's adjusted to allow active targeting to better support high-level duels.
Suguru Geto never canonically revealed a Domain. The womb-themed Domain belongs to Kenjaku while using his body. Here, Geto is given an original Domain that better reflects his philosophy and Cursed Spirit Manipulation.
