Sanemi Shinazugawa's eyes widened. "Harvest? What harvest?"
Mr. Allen slowly swallowed the last bite of his snack, then brushed the crumbs from his hands. "I beat up Muzan and his Upper Rank Demons."
"What?!" Sanemi's voice suddenly rose, and an expression of disbelief appeared on his face.
The tray in Shinobu Kocho's hands clattered to the ground, scattering delicate tea snacks everywhere. Kagaya Ubuyashiki, though maintaining a calm expression, revealed his inner shock through his slightly trembling fingers.
He had thought Mr. Allen was relying on wisdom to contend with Muzan and the others, but it turned out to be strength.
"You... you alone?" Sanemi stammered, the scars on his face twisting with shock.
Allen nodded. "Yes, they were too weak. It didn't even count as a warm-up."
Kagaya Ubuyashiki cleared his throat, trying to calm himself. "Mr. Allen, could you elaborate?"
"It's simple." Allen leaned against the veranda pillar.
"I found Muzan's lair, had all of them come at me together, and then..." He made a fist. "Just like that."
Sanemi's jaw nearly dropped to the floor. "Six Upper Rank Demons plus Muzan? Just like that?"
"Yes, just like that." Allen shrugged. "But I didn't kill them. They're still useful."
Shinobu Kocho finally found her voice. "Useful?"
"Yes, and I promised to give them a real blue spider lily." Allen showed a meaningful smile.
"The blue spider lily is real?" Even Kagaya Ubuyashiki exclaimed.
Allen nodded. "Of course it exists. Demons who consume the blue spider lily no longer need to eat humans, can satisfy their hunger through sleep, and are no longer afraid of sunlight."
Allen looked at their shocked expressions and slowly added, "However, only I know where the blue spider lily grows. I plan to use this as a bargaining chip to train them well."
Kagaya Ubuyashiki nodded thoughtfully. "I see, so you want to make them your tools?"
"Exactly." Allen showed a meaningful smile.
"Let them willingly be my punching bags. After all, they can withstand my full-power attacks and regenerate. Such perfect punching bags are rare."
Sanemi Shinazugawa suddenly slammed his hand on the table. "Wait! You're not thinking of making those demons stronger, are you? What if they get stronger and continue to commit evil?"
"Sanemi." Kagaya Ubuyashiki gently stopped him, then turned to Allen and asked, "Mr. Allen, are you sure you can completely control the situation?"
Allen casually picked up a new snack. "You've seen me fight; you should know the answer."
Shinobu Kocho gently fanned herself, deep in thought. "Indeed, with Mr. Allen's strength, controlling the entire situation wouldn't be difficult."
Just then, Mitsuri Kanroji skipped into the courtyard. "Good morning, everyone! Oh? What are you discussing?"
Sanemi Shinazugawa immediately said excitedly, "This... Mr. Allen said he wants to make Muzan and them stronger!"
"Eh!!! Is Mr. Allen going to betray us?!" Mitsuri's eyes widened as she looked at Allen, her rice ball almost falling to the ground.
Kagaya Ubuyashiki cleared his throat. "Mitsuri, the situation is this: Mr. Allen found Muzan's lair and fought both Muzan and the Upper Rank Demons. He wants to make those demons stronger so he can practice."
After Kagaya Ubuyashiki briefly explained the situation, Mitsuri's expression gradually changed from shock to admiration. "Wow! Mr. Allen is amazing! He can defeat all the Upper Rank Demons by himself!"
"It's already difficult for us to deal with an Upper Rank Demon, but Mr. Allen even complains that they're not strong enough."
Sanemi Shinazugawa put a hand to his forehead. "That's not the point, is it! Shouldn't the point be that he's going to train demons?!"
Allen looked at their shocked expressions, slowly finished the last bite of his snack, and brushed the crumbs from his hands. "You seem to have an opinion on my decision?"
Sanemi Shinazugawa clenched his fist, the scars on his face twisting with anger. "Those demons have killed how many of our comrades! And now you're going to help them get stronger!"
"Sanemi." Kagaya Ubuyashiki gently stopped him, then turned to Allen. "Mr. Allen, could you please explain your plan in detail?"
Allen leaned against the veranda pillar, his gaze sweeping over everyone. "First, I need to make one thing clear: do you really think that with your current strength, you can deal with Muzan?"
This sentence brought a brief silence to the courtyard. Shinobu Kocho's fan paused mid-air, Mitsuri bit her lower lip, and even the usually hot-headed Sanemi was speechless.
"I've observed your strength; it's simply too low," Allen continued. "It can't even meet my needs for honing my own strength."
Kagaya Ubuyashiki sighed softly. "Mr. Allen is right. We are indeed... lacking in strength."
"So." Allen crossed his arms. "I need an opponent that allows me to use a bit of my strength, and Muzan and his Upper Rank Demons are currently the best choice."
Sanemi suddenly looked up. "You mean... you're going to use them to train yourself?"
"It's not really training. In my eyes, with their strength, they're just durable punching bags." Allen shrugged, a look of disdain on his face.
Shinobu Kocho looked thoughtful. "So you're using the blue spider lily as bait."
"Clever." Allen gave her an approving look.
"Muzan is willing to do anything to gain the ability to walk in the sun, and I just happen to know the whereabouts of the blue spider lily."
Mitsuri blinked her large eyes. "Then... then will Mr. Allen really give them the blue spider lily?"
Allen showed a meaningful smile. "Of course I will... That way, I can beat them up to my heart's content even during the day."
Kagaya Ubuyashiki nodded gently, a thoughtful expression appearing on his pale face. "Mr. Allen's plan is indeed ingenious."
Sanemi Shinazugawa still frowned, but his tone had softened considerably. "But allowing those demons to gain sunlight immunity is too great a risk."
Allen walked to the center of the courtyard, sunlight falling on his shoulders. "You seem to have misunderstood something."
He turned around, a sharp glint in his dark eyes. "I am not asking for your permission; I am merely informing you of my decision."
