Chapter 126 - Chapter 125

[Jay's POV]

The Pavilion was a cathedral of light, glass, and a thousand witnesses, but as I stood at the end of the aisle, the world felt as small and intimate as a heartbeat. The Priest's voice finally reached the moment the entire city had been waiting for.

"I now pronounce you Husband and Wife. Keifer, you may kiss your Bride."

The Integration

Keifer didn't hesitate. He stepped into my space, his large hands framing my face with a tenderness that felt like a prayer. He leaned down, and when his lips met mine, the 100% Glow didn't just hum—it roared. This kiss was the final seal on the "Constant." It was deep, slow, and tasted of every struggle we had overcome to get to April 25th. For a few seconds, there was no crowd, no Board of Directors, no empire—just my husband and me, finally synchronized.

The Explosion of Chaos

As we pulled back, the silence of the Pavilion was shattered by a wall of sound. The "Squad" and the family didn't just cheer; they erupted.

Kuya Angelo was the first to let out a deafening whistle, clapping so hard I thought he'd bruise his palms. Beside him, Lia was jumping up and down in her pink bridesmaid dress, firing her bubble gun into the air. "YES! THAT'S MY LIL SIS! GET IT, KEIFER!"

Mamma Serina was dabbing her eyes with a lace handkerchief, her composure finally breaking into a proud, tearful smile, while Pappa Keizer stood tall beside her, his hand on her shoulder, nodding with a rare, satisfied grin.

Keigan and Keiran were high-fiving the air, shouting, "Ate Jay is officially a Watson! We win!"

As we turned to walk back down the aisle as Mr. and Mrs. Watson, the "Recessional" music kicked in, but it was almost drowned out by the squad's commentary:

Freya and Mica were clutching each other, sobbing into their bouquets. "She looks like a literal angel!" Freya shrieked. "The lace! The glow! I can't handle it!"

Ella and Rakki were throwing rose petals with professional-grade accuracy, making sure a perfect path of white was laid out for us. "100% precision!" Rakki yelled.

Calix was standing on a chair, waving his tuxedo jacket like a flag. "LONG LIVE THE EMPRESS! SOMEONE GET THE CHAMPAGNE!"

Erdix and Rory were trying to hold Calix down before he fell, both of them laughing and shouting congratulations.

David and Ci N were standing like bodyguards at the end of the front row, giving us a "mission accomplished" nod, though David was clearly hiding a watery eye.

Mayo, Kit, and Felix had somehow already managed to grab glasses of sparkling cider, raising them high as we passed. "To the CEO and his Constant!" Mayo toasted, his voice echoing off the glass ceiling.

The Exit

Keifer's grip on my hand was iron-tight, his thumb stroking my knuckles as he led me through the sea of cheering people. He looked down at me, his eyes blazing with a heat that suggested he wanted to bypass the reception entirely and head straight to the honeymoon.

"Analysis, Jay?" he murmured over the noise of the crowd.

"The system is online, Keif," I whispered, leaning into his side as we reached the double doors. "Every variable is accounted for."

"Not every variable," he corrected, stopping at the threshold and pulling me into him one last time before the cameras caught us outside. "They forgot to mention that I'm never letting you go. 100%. Permanently."

We stepped out into the sunlight, showered in petals and the love of our chaotic, beautiful family, as the bells of the estate began to ring for the new Mr. and Mrs. Watson.
