I felt a cold shiver of anticipation as I hit send.

I placed my phone back and went to the group, masking my inner turmoil with a calm face.
"Jay, let me take you for school tour ?",Freya said dragging me. Rakki and Ella also joined us.
They introduced me to Mica and Grace they were also nice.Rest of the day was full of Chaos. And I kinda liked it.It was a refreshing change from the shadows of my past.
It's time for us to go home. Keifer and me went to parking area.
"Take care, Jay. Watson take care of her ", Aries said to me and Keifer. We both nodded.
"Jay, are you alright ??",Keifer asked me, his eyes searching mine for any sign of a lie.
"I'm Keifer ",I said avoiding his eyes đ. I know he didn't believe me.I need to distract him.
"Keifer, why did you do that ?",I asked him.
"What ??",he asked innocently,though a playful glint sparked in his gaze.
"You why did you behave like that in cafe", I asked.
"Like what ??",he asked looking at me.
"Like you like me . Like we are some romantic couple ",I asked him directly.
"Because may be we can be a couple",he said looking in my eyes.The sincerity in his voice made my breath hitch, and I could feel heat rushing to my cheeks.
"Are you blushing ,Jay ",he asked with a triumphant grin.
"No..I.. I'm not ",I said flustered, my voice betraying my confidence.
"Stop lying .You are .You look like a tomato đ .Let me click a picture",he said taking out his phone.
"Don't you dare ,Keifer ",I said trying to catch his phone.
But he pulled his phone up.I tried reaching for it but I slipped and landed straight on his lap and my lips on his lips firmly.
My brain shortcircuit đ€Ż. What the fuck.I immediately pulled away but he suddenly hold my waist and pulled me on his lap again,refusing to let the moment end.
"Did you just kiss me đ ?",He whispered near my ear .His voice low and husky.
"No..I..I didn't.. it was a accident.. accident ", I said trying to get from his lap.I know cheeks are burning crimson.
He tighten his grip not too much but enough to stop my moment . "Was it really a accident , Jay?? I don't think so . You were enjoying it ",he said smirking đ.
"I didn't .It was just.. just an accident. I was trying to catch your phone but.."I said .
"But what Jay, you catched my lips ",he said again teasingly.
"Stop it , Keifer.It was just an accident.", I said and get up from his lap and sat at my seat.
"Sure Jay, whatever you say. ",he said clearly unconvinced .
"Don't you dare mention it again ,Keifer ",I warned him.
"I won't .But you also promise me not to call kwanan",he said smirking.
I don't any other choice so I agreed. We reached Home. Ma and Pa were sitting at couch.I went to them and hug them.
"How was your first day at school , Jay",Pa asked.
"It was amazing pa.I enjoyed it. They all were warm and friendly ",I said to Pa.
" What about section e , Jay ?",Keig asked me.
"They were nice.Much more enthusiastic and funny than your Kuya.",I said to him.
Everyone one chuckled hearing that.
"Ofcourse, Jay. Kuya just have grumpy and business mode.",Keiren said coming downstairs.
"I'm not grumpy.Stop saying that ",he said annoyed.
"Stop it kids, Jay look what I brought for you ", Ma said showing a blue đ” Snorlax.
I immediately hugged it and kissed it."I love it ,Ma . Thank you.",I said hugging her.For a moment, all my worries vanished.
"Wow, Kuya.Look your competitor",Keir said shouldering Keifer.
"You really love it so much, Jay.",Keig asked me.
"Stop it ,Keigan.Let her live whatever she want.",Pa said to him.
I went to my room changed my clothes . We all are food in laughters teasing eachother.I like here.They are so good to me.Just like my own family.I talked with Ma ,pa ,Jane and Percy told them about my day and friends.
Finally now I can rest.I was hell tired đ«.But my mind kept drifting to that shadow.Was he really here? If yes then why ?? let's wait till Alex message.I hugged my Snorlax and slept.
Keifer's POV
I was lying at my bed buty mind get drifting back to that kiss.Her lips were so soft and sweet,tasting like a dream I didn't want to wake up from.I really wanted to ruin them.Her blushing face came in front of me again, burned into memory.
I'm not sure about my feelings for Jay.Whether I like her or love her. But whatever it was I know one thing I won't loose her. I will protect her from whatever shadow she is running from.
