Chapter 114 - Episode 114 – Global Axis Exposure: Part 3

🚆 Love Train in Facebook Station

08:15 AM – African Safe House Command Center

The monitors flickered with live feeds from three continents. Europe, Asia, and Africa—the scattered remnants of Axis were showing signs of coordinated movement, a warning that the hidden leader was beginning to assert control.

Srikant stood rigid, analyzing the maps. Every anomaly was a potential trap. Every movement could mean the difference between complete neutralization and catastrophic failure.

Rudra tapped on a console.

"Signals indicate synchronized movement across Asia and Africa. The hidden leader isn't just a strategist—he's orchestrating global strikes simultaneously."

Sasmita leaned closer, her eyes scanning the Phoenix files, mapping patterns against past attacks.

"Not unpredictable… but dangerously calculated. He anticipates our reactions, predicts our moves. This is the first time Axis is proactive rather than reactive."

Srikant's gaze hardened.

"Then we need to strike first—preemptively. Every second we hesitate, they gain ground."

Step One – Coordinated Strike Planning

Sasmita plotted simultaneous drone deployments, tactical strike teams, and hacking maneuvers across multiple continents. Each team had a calculated path, contingencies for enemy surprises, and communication protocols masked from Axis detection.

"Europe team," she said, pointing to the hologram, "neutralizes remaining operatives in coastal zones. Asia team blocks reinforcements from deserts. Africa team intercepts local cell gatherings before they merge."

Rudra nodded approvingly.

"Precision timing is key. If they regroup even partially, the entire operation risks failure."

Srikant's eyes met Sasmita's.

"You've planned every detail. Now we just execute. No mistakes, no hesitation."

Step Two – First Contact

By mid-morning, drones had reached European Axis cells. Operatives were caught off-guard—confusion spread quickly among them as communications were jammed. Phoenix files predicted every blind spot, every escape attempt.

Sasmita watched intently.

"They're reacting… but too slowly. Timing is perfect. They can't adjust fast enough."

On the monitor, Srikant's strike teams efficiently contained the operatives. No casualties beyond necessary neutralization, no collateral damage. Each move validated Sasmita's precise calculations.

Rudra spoke quietly, a rare note of admiration in his voice:

"They're collapsing… like dominos. Small but coordinated strikes—this is exactly how you dismantle a global network."

Step Three – Psychological Warfare

While operatives were neutralized, Sasmita accessed intercepted communications. Hidden messages suggested dissent among rogue operatives—some questioning leadership, others tempted to defect.

"This is the key," Sasmita whispered. "Fear isn't enough. We can manipulate doubt. The hidden leader relies on obedience. Once that cracks, Axis crumbles faster than we strike."

Srikant's lips tightened in agreement.

"Then we don't just fight physically. We fight psychologically, strategically. Use their own confusion against them."

Step Four – Emotional Moment

After the initial success, Sasmita stepped onto the balcony, looking at the horizon. She felt exhaustion, but also satisfaction.

"I've faced manipulation, betrayal, and attempts to control me. Yet here I am… fighting not as a weapon, but as myself."

Srikant approached quietly, placing a hand over hers.

"And you're stronger than any weapon, smarter than any leader. That's why we succeed—because you are real, unbroken, and with us."

The unspoken connection was palpable. Their trust, their shared battles, and their mutual reliance deepened subtly—romance intertwined with strategy, courage, and survival.

Step Five – Hidden Leader Signals

As the sun reached its zenith, Rudra's console flashed red.

"Multiple encrypted signals detected. Hidden leader has shifted coordinates… and is now attempting to consolidate rogue cells in Africa."

Sasmita's eyes flickered with determination.

"He's moving too openly. This is our chance to cut him off before he can regroup."

Srikant clenched his fists.

"Then we strike. Coordinated, precise, and final. We leave nothing for him to recover."

Step Six – Execution & Ambush

Using synchronized drones, strike teams, and Phoenix file predictions, the operation began. Operatives attempting to regroup were intercepted mid-movement. Explosions were precise, non-lethal when possible, and every Axis cell was neutralized in sequence.

On the monitor, Sasmita saw the rogue leader appear briefly in a European feed—a masked figure coordinating desperate commands. His face remained hidden, but his movements betrayed urgency and fear.

Srikant's jaw set.

"Every second counts… we end this today."

Step Seven – Foreshadowing

Even as the strikes succeeded, subtle anomalies remained:

One Axis operative escaped detection, disappearing from all tracking systems.

Encrypted messages hinted at a contingency plan only the hidden leader could trigger.

The psychological pressure on Sasmita and Srikant intensified—success brought temporary relief, but uncertainty lingered.

Sasmita leaned back, exhausted but alert.

"Axis is falling… but something tells me this isn't over. The hidden leader is still out there. And he knows exactly how to hit us where it hurts."
