Chapter 1 - The Origin Path:New Version

The Origin Path Cultivation System

The Path Toward Transcendence

Cultivation is not merely the accumulation of power, and anyone who thinks it is usually ends up getting slapped by someone weaker but smarter. It is the refinement of existence itself, the slow process of turning a fragile mortal into something that can stare at the heavens and say, "Move aside, you're blocking my path." In this path, strength is not just measured by how hard you punch, but by how deeply you understand what you are punching, why you are punching, and whether the universe will regret letting you punch at all.

This is the Origin Path, the most stable, most orthodox, and ironically the most terrifying path, because it doesn't rely on shortcuts, cheats, or luck. It relies on absolute refinement, and that means if you reach the top, you didn't get there by accident… you earned every step, every drop of power, and every moment of suffering along the way.

Understanding Within Realms

(Power Quality System)

Now here's the part where weaker cultivators start crying. Beyond stages and realms lies something far more important: Understanding, the true measure of mastery. This does NOT affect breakthroughs, so no, you cannot just "understand harder" and skip realms, nice try. But what it does affect is far more terrifying—combat superiority.

A cultivator with deeper understanding can defeat others of the same realm effortlessly, and sometimes even look bored while doing it. Imagine two people at the same level, same power, same energy, but one of them knows exactly how everything works… the result is not a fight, it's a lesson, and the loser is the student who didn't ask to be taught.

Layers (Quality Levels)

Understanding is divided into Layers, and each layer represents deeper comprehension of power, laws, and existence. Higher layers mean better control, higher efficiency, and the ability to make others question their life choices mid-battle.

Each layer contains: Early, Middle, Late, Completion, Great Completion, and Perfection. A cultivator at Perfection can look at someone at Early and genuinely wonder how they're even alive. The difference isn't small, it's the difference between swinging a sword wildly and slicing space itself with a thought.

The Origin Path Phases

There are 4 Phasic Evolutions of existence, each one pushing the cultivator further away from being human and closer to something the universe starts keeping an eye on.

Phase 1: Mortality

Phase 2: Immortal Change

Phase 3: God End

Phase 4: Beyond Transformation

And yes, it doesn't stop there, because of course it doesn't, this is cultivation, not a school syllabus. Later phases continue transcendence beyond known existence, meaning even reaching Phase 4 just means you've qualified to start asking bigger questions.

Phase 1: Mortality

The Beginning of the Journey

This is where everything starts, where weak mortals take their first step toward transcendence, usually while being bullied by stronger cultivators. This phase transforms a mortal into something capable of surviving the path ahead, which is impressive considering how many fail before even finishing the first realm.

Each Realm includes Stages, which are major internal transformations, Sub-Stages from 1 to 10 Stars for power refinement, and Mini Stages: Initial, Intermediate, Advance, Peak. Yes, it's complicated, and yes, you will forget half of it during your first life-threatening battle.

1. Qi Realm – Energy Awakening

This is where everything begins, the moment a mortal senses energy and realizes the world is far bigger than they thought. It's also where most people accidentally injure themselves trying to act talented.

Stages:

Sensing, Gathering, Condensing, Refining, Qi Body (1st Transformation), Qi Soul (2nd Transformation), True Qi (3rd Transformation), True Qi Body (4th Transformation), True Qi Soul (5th Transformation), Divine Sense (6th Transformation), True Aura (7th Transformation), Divine Power (8th Transformation), Completion (9th Transformation), Perfection (10th Transformation), Heavenly Qi (Final Transformation).

This realm opens the path to energy control, and also opens the path to realizing just how weak you actually are.

2. Foundation Establishment

Now that you can control energy, it's time to fix your body, because right now it's basically a poorly built house trying to survive a hurricane.

Stages: Quenching Body, Skin Altering, Muscle Altering, Viscera Altering, Bone Forging, Acupoints Clearing, Meridian Connecting, Marrow Cleansing, Third Eye, Crystal Body, Perfect Body.

By the end of this realm, your body becomes a perfect cultivation vessel, or at least good enough to stop breaking every time you try something impressive.

3. Core Formation

At this stage, cultivators condense their spiritual power into a core, which is basically their battery, their foundation, and their future source of pride.

Stages: White → Bronze → Silver → Iron → Gold.

Yes, it sounds simple, but don't be fooled, countless cultivators fail here and end up with cracked cores and broken dreams.

4. Nascent Soul

This is where things start getting serious, because now you're no longer just cultivating power, you're cultivating yourself.

Stages: Quenching, Scryer, Cleansing, Shattering.

At the end of this realm, the spiritual self is born, and if you mess this up… well, let's just say you won't need to worry about cultivation anymore.

5. Soul Formation

Now that you have a soul, it's time to strengthen it, refine it, and turn it into something that doesn't panic under pressure.

Stages: 1st Formation → 12th Formation.

Simple in concept, painful in execution, and absolutely necessary unless you enjoy losing your mind mid-battle.

6. Soul Transformation

Your soul evolves beyond its mortal structure, becoming something far more stable, powerful, and slightly terrifying.

Stages: 1st → 12th Transformation.

At this point, your soul is no longer something fragile, it's something that can actually fight back.

7. Void Refinement

Now you start interacting with the void, which is never a good idea, but cultivators do it anyway because power is power.

Stages: 1st Revolution → 9th Revolution, with Sub-Stages from 1–12 Grades.

You're basically learning how to survive in nothingness, which is as dangerous as it sounds.

8. Yin and Yang Realm

Balance becomes everything, because too much Yin or too much Yang and you're basically a walking disaster.

Stages: Illusionary Yin, Corporeal Yang, Yin Yang, Origin State.

This realm teaches harmony, control, and the importance of not exploding due to imbalance.

9. Nirvana Realm

A cycle of destruction and rebirth, where cultivators repeatedly break themselves and come back stronger.

Stages: Rebirth, Scryer, Cleanser, Shatterer.

Yes, it hurts. No, you cannot skip it. Yes, everyone complains.

10. Spiritual Movement

Energy begins moving beyond physical constraints, and cultivators start doing things that normal people would call impossible.

Stages: 14th Sequence → 1st Sequence.

And yes, it goes backward, because cultivation loves confusing people.

11. Spiritual Rotation

Spiritual power begins rotating like celestial mechanics, forming stable cycles of immense power.

Stages: 1st Cycle → 18th Cycle → Great Cycle.

At this point, your energy system is basically a universe on its own.

12. Spiritualization

Your existence begins shifting beyond the physical, becoming something closer to pure spiritual form.

Stages: Tier 1 → Tier 10.

You're no longer just a person, you're becoming something… else.

13. Ascension

The final step of Phase 1 Lower Realms, where everything you've built is tested before you step beyond mortality.

Stages: 9th Realm → 1st Realm.

Yes, it goes backward again, because why not confuse you one last time before transcendence? By the end of this realm, you are no longer a mortal… you are something ready to step into the next phase.

Final Note

The Origin Path is not easy, not fast, and definitely not forgiving. It is a path where every mistake is punished, every shortcut is exposed, and every weakness is tested. But if you endure, if you survive, and if you reach the top…

Then even the heavens might look at you and think,

"This one… might be a problem."
