His paws had transformed into something powerful and flexible due to evolution.
The slightly curved claws of this new form made it easy for him to dig into even the smallest cracks on the rocky surface.
They worked like natural anchors as he climbed the vertical mountain terrain.
His presence detection skill pointed out that the presence was further above him.
When he approached the target, Eren was disappointed to find that it was not the boss monster.

Its feathers were deep black with layered dark green streaks, giving off a very ominous presence.
The tail hosted a single thicker black serpent, constantly coiling as its eyes tracked the surroundings with a hissing sound.
But the monster didn't notice the two-meter-tall gigantic silver wolf standing very close to it, its sharp claws dug deep into the mountain's vertical surface.
Eren was thoroughly amazed by the physical attributes of the elite monster in front of him.
'It's literally comparable to that of a boss monster in other dungeons...'
It made him even more curious about the attributes of the boss monster.
Eren's focus immediately shifted to the stronger presence above him as he eagerly climbed the mountain.
As the climb grew steeper the higher Eren went, he finally reached a narrow cliff peak that stood above the surrounding hills.
The wind was no longer just strong, it roared endlessly, sweeping across the summit.
Eren's eyes landed on the three-meter-tall gigantic being resting against the edge of the cliff.

Eren unconsciously swallowed at the sight of the monster.
A massive, grotesque fusion of predator and aberration was resting peacefully on its nest.
Its body was enormous, covered in dense, layered blade-feathers colored in a mix of dark green and black.
It had two heads, one with the appearance of a rooster, its crest extending backward like a crown of blades, while the hen head was broader and heavier, giving Eren the impression of defense.
From its rear extended three long black serpents, scanning the surroundings while the two avian heads rested peacefully.
Eren carefully moved behind the boss monster with very slow steps.
His eyes carefully read through all the skills the boss monster possessed.
'Strong body for close range, serpent tails for mid-range, rain of feathers for long range...'
'Even if I destroy one head quickly, it can still fight using the other. Despite having almost twice its stats, I couldn't win immediately if I fought it directly.'
'If it decides to escape using [Wind Glide] and [Gale Dominion] by jumping off the cliff, the fight will take even longer... Only one way to finish it quickly...'
Eren took a deep breath as he ran through all possible scenarios before lowering his posture.
A huge force gathered in his legs, and the next moment, he threw himself into the air.
"FWOOOOSH—!"
Mid-air, Eren's form shifted back into his human form as a green dagger appeared in his hand.
Both of his hands gripped the dagger tightly, pouring more than 1000 spirit energy into the weapon in instant.
The green energy intensified greatly as he aimed at the rooster head of the boss monster, using gravity to amplify his descent.
With a clean vertical arc from above, Eren drove the dagger straight down into the top of the rooster head.
"THUD—KRAK!"
BOOM!
The sound of flesh tearing under the dagger was followed by the devastating impact of his landing.
Tri-Verdant Chimerafowl jolted awake from the pain as one of its heads had been pierced through by the dagger.
The hen head snapped upward, its eyes turning toward the human who was still holding the dagger embedded deep into the rooster head, kneeling atop its neck.
"SKREEEEEAAAHHH!!"
"IIISSSSSSSS!"
Four furious roars echoed all over the surrounding mountains as its entire body convulsed.
Its wings flared open, and the three serpent tails were about to launch their attacks in simultaneous motion, but their movement paused midway, as if time itself refused to move.
"RROO—!"
"ISSS—!"
Even their sounds were halted in a second as a dark, web-like pattern began spreading all over its body from the point where the dagger had struck.
Thin black veins crawled rapidly across its head.
Like blood spreading through its body, the darkness expanded everywhere.
Eren could feel that it wasn't just the surface being affected, it was spreading inward, devouring control and severing the signals between muscle and mind.
Thud.
Thud.
Thud.
Thud.
The hen head, along with the three serpent heads, collapsed lifelessly onto the ground one by one.
Only after the boss monster had completely fallen did Eren let out a huge sigh of relief as the tension in his body faded, still he was gripping dagger tightly.
'It worked!'
The creature's eye turned blood-red as veins burst across its surface.
Even Eren felt a chill crawl up the back of his neck at the effects of the curses the dagger had inflicted.
Paralysis, the curse that locks muscle movement, the reason the boss monster's heads stopped responding.
Silence, not only stopping it from uttering any sound, but also preventing the boss monster from using any active skills in its arsenal.
Corrosion, slowly breaking down flesh and internal structure over time, the reason for the dark web spreading as it ate through the body.
Wither, draining vitality and stamina over time. Each passing moment made the boss monster weaker and reduced its bodily resistance.
Dread Mark, amplifying the effects of other curses by a significant amount.
Shadow Bind, restricting spiritual energy within the body itself, preventing it from strengthening its body using any skills.
Nightmare Infection, attacking the mind and perception, causing severe hallucination and mental collapse.
Tri-Verdant Chimerafowl's wings faltered as its body trembled slightly for a while before even that tiny movement ceased completely.
Only the sound of Eren's breathing remained as the Tri-Verdant Chimerafowl fell completely still.
When Eren looked at the half-destroyed rooster head, its eye locked onto him in return.
"..."
Both of them stared into each other's eyes without blinking as time passed.
Seconds turned into minutes...
A full ten minutes passed as they remained locked onto each other before a sound echoed in Eren's mind.
