Chapter 137 - Chapter 137: Baiting

Hearing Faen's words, LeBlanc fell into a brief silence. But soon after, she asked quietly, "Why? Do you have a grudge against the Iron Revenant as well?"

Looking at Faen, LeBlanc's gaze held neither sorrow nor joy; clearly, she had returned to her proper state of calm, calculating thought.

To this, Faen simply replied, "I need Joy."

"Joy?" Hearing this, LeBlanc frowned slightly, a hint of confusion leaking into her eyes.

Faen didn't waste words. Instead, he sent a sphere of spirit realm energy directly in front of LeBlanc.

That sphere of energy was no mere data carrier; it was a direct extraction by Faen of a "Torrent of Ultimate Bliss" belonging to Ashlesh.

The moment the energy touched LeBlanc (or rather, Ambessa's shell), Faen lunged forward aggressively, brutally pinning the Noxian schemer against the cold command chair.

"Ngh... what are you doing—"

Before she could finish, LeBlanc let out a sweet, almost depraved scream.

Faen's purplish-red meat stick, which had grown even thicker, more ferocious, and heavily veined from absorbing Darkin blood-qi, carried a heat intense enough to scald tender inner walls.

It directly smashed through the tight defenses that should have belonged to Ambessa, plunging ruthlessly to the hilt and slamming heavily against the deepest part of her womb.

"Ahhh—! Master... this feeling... it's going to melt me...!"

Under the tyranny of "Pleasure," LeBlanc's sanity shattered instantly.

Her originally cold, sharp eyes completely lost focus, the depths of her pupils reflecting dazed heart shapes. Her slender neck arched back violently from extreme sexual arousal.

Faen was like a cold, heavy pile-driver, thrashing wildly with wide, sweeping thrusts.

Every deep plunge dragged out large amounts of stringy, crystal-clear slutty juices, thoroughly soaking and staining the crotch of Ambessa's black steel military uniform a messy white.

The extreme ecstasy pierced through the veil between the material and the spiritual.

LeBlanc could clearly feel her soul being invaded and baptized inch by inch by Faen's domineering demonic factor.

While she frantically shook her plump breasts—the nipples as hard as nutmegs from over-excitement—she proactively raised her legs to lock tightly around Faen's waist and hips.

Her already red, swollen, and out-turned flower house writhed greedily, constantly weeping slutty water mixed with white paste.

She slumped into Faen's embrace like a puddle of mud, her eyes holding nothing but a primal craving and obsession for this "divine essence."

Although LeBlanc's research into the spirit realm was far inferior to Faen's, she had also put in immense effort over the past millennium to resist Mordekaiser's return.

Under these circumstances, it wasn't difficult for LeBlanc to understand this sphere of completely "unencrypted" spirit realm energy.

And upon feeling the pulsating emotions within, a flash of realization crossed LeBlanc's eyes.

She seemed to understand why Faen had appeared in Zaun and cared so much about the survival and living conditions of the "ants" at the bottom of Zaun, while turning a blind eye to the relatively much more valuable Piltover...

As someone who had lived long enough to become exceptionally shrewd, LeBlanc almost instantly realized why some of Faen's actions seemed so incongruous with the immortals in her memory...

No, if that's the case, he probably isn't an immortal either, LeBlanc thought.

Because if the other party truly possessed such power, then whether during the Warlord Era or the Rune Wars, they could have easily gathered far more "Joy" by sweeping a catastrophe across all of Runeterra, rather than staring at a single place like Zaun to complete their primitive accumulation.

But this didn't make LeBlanc relax; instead, the light in her eyes grew increasingly solemn.

From another angle, this further confirmed Faen's identity as a Prophet.

In LeBlanc's thousands of years of life, the Prophets she had known and seen were not few. Given this, LeBlanc knew very well that the vast majority of Prophets also deeply studied the spirit realm.

In fact, many prophecies were fundamentally guesses based on the difference in the flow of time between the spirit realm and the material realm.

If he could see fragments of the past and the future...

Thinking this, LeBlanc said coldly, "Then how am I supposed to believe you?"

"Very simple. Go investigate the Immortal Bastion."

Sensing LeBlanc's gravity, an easygoing smile appeared on Faen's face, making him look entirely confident of victory.

And indeed he was, because Faen truly held more information. Furthermore, this information was exactly what LeBlanc desperately wanted.

To LeBlanc, the existence of Mordekaiser was a lingering nightmare.

Never mind the fact that in the game, when LeBlanc encounters the Iron Revenant on the enemy team, she might coldly drop some tough line like, "I killed you once, I can kill you twice."

In reality, looking at her other quotes—like the sheer disbelief in "Why are you still alive?"—it's clear that LeBlanc's heart is mostly filled with fear.

After all, looking across all of Runeterra, mortals who manage to grow into monsters like Mordekaiser are as rare as phoenix feathers or unicorn horns.

And now, although it looked like LeBlanc was demanding Faen prove his abilities, in reality, if Faen truly proved the truth of his words, facing him later wouldn't be as simple for LeBlanc as it was now...

Faen possessed the information about Mordekaiser that LeBlanc craved, perhaps even the means to deal with him. And what did LeBlanc have?

Noxus could count as one... but Faen didn't care what happened to the current Noxus.

Ultimately, in a little while, LeBlanc was going to experience a legendary "overturn," and Noxus—having survived for a millennium—would welcome a new master.

As for Mordekaiser... to be honest, Faen didn't actually know that much about him.

The main reason was that the lore of the main League of Legends universe was a complete mess; after more than a decade of meandering, it was still practically at the prologue.

Mordekaiser looked incredibly imposing, but his actual background story hadn't seen an update—not even a short story—in years.

By contrast, the neighboring Legends of Runeterra (LoR) had updated stories related to Mordekaiser.

More accurately, it was Nilah's story within the LoR card expansions.

While Noxus served as the engine for regional plots in Runeterra—driving wars and schemes to forge generation after generation of champions (playable characters)—there were also protagonists driving plots within single city-states, like Lux.

Nilah, however, counted as a minor plot driver across the entire worldview of Runeterra.

Her "Legendary Journey" mainly consisted of her setting sail, recruiting some crew members in Bilgewater, and hunting down legendary ancient entities.

The first part of her story was what Faen had mentioned before: fighting a legendary sea monster, her small boat being destroyed, and then successfully escaping with Janna's help.

After fixing her ship, Nilah traveled to Noxus and the Freljord.

Her reason for going to Noxus was specifically to find and defeat Mordekaiser.

Although the lore didn't describe the result of the battle in detail, Nilah eventually left Mordekaiser's Death Realm safely and headed to the Freljord.

While the battle process and outcome weren't detailed, the explanation of how Nilah entered Mordekaiser's spirit realm was relatively specific.

"The Immortal Bastion," Faen said peacefully. "Within the underground labyrinth of the Immortal Bastion, there exists a hidden cult called the Death's Hand."

Hearing Faen's words, LeBlanc nodded thoughtfully. But when she looked at Faen, she realized he had not the slightest intention of continuing.

Seeing this, LeBlanc frowned slightly. "And then?"

"The rest of the content requires payment," Faen said, his face full of leisure. "You can go back to the Immortal Bastion first and take a good look for this cult. Once you find it, you'll know whether what I said is true."

Adding to this, Faen reminded her, "Let me make it clear up front: the price for my intelligence isn't cheap."

Hearing this, LeBlanc fell silent for a moment, then asked calmly, "Then what are you going to do with these two?"

She paused, then added, "Ambessa is one thing... but this one called Riven cannot take another step into Noxus."
