Liam stared at him for a second before glancing down at the card.
"What's this?" he asked.
Bryer only moved his finger, twisting the card slightly between them.
"Eighty million dollars."
Liam's gaze lifted to him.
Bryer's eyes remained firm, without a trace of hesitation.
He didn't explain further. He simply gave him the instruction.
"Invest in that movie Adelyn is in. Back her up."
"To back Adelyn up?" Liam repeated. "Have you not heard Dad downstairs?"
Bryer frowned.
"I heard him, but I don't accept what he said," he replied firmly. "Adelyn will never be unrelated to us. She is the sister we watched grow up. To me, she will always remain the same sister. As for Dad, you don't need to think about him."
He glanced at the card in his hand before continuing.
"This money is my earnings. It has nothing to do with the family. So, practically, he has no say in how I spend it."
Bryer was a national car racer. Unlike Adam and Liam, he never got involved in the family business.
