"Bang!"
Kaien sat on the ground, rubbing his nose as his gaze landed on the person he had just collided with.
The other party was a beautiful woman with short blonde hair, dressed in a kimono, also sitting on the ground.
From Kaien's angle, he could clearly see the faint, alluring glimpse of skin beneath her skirt.
"Gulp—"
Kaien swallowed unconsciously.
"Who is it? Don't you watch where you're going? Do you want me to blow you away with one swing of my fan?"
The woman stood up, brushing the dust off her clothes, her face full of anger.
"Sister Temari, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to," Kaien quickly stood up and apologized.
The woman in front of him was Temari—Shikamaru's wife.
She had nothing to do today and planned to visit the Hokage Building to see Shikamaru.
After all, he hadn't been home for quite a while and had been eating and living at the Hokage Building.
When Temari heard him call her Sister Temari, she froze for a moment and looked at Kaien suspiciously.
"Who are you?" Temari asked, her eyes carefully sizing him up.
Since he called her Sister Temari, it meant he knew her—but no matter how she looked at him, she couldn't remember where she had met him before.
Although Temari had married into the Nara family, she rarely met Kaien.
Coupled with the fact that Kaien hadn't been in the village for several years, it was normal that she had little impression of him.
"Sister Temari, I'm Naruto's younger brother—Kaien. When you and Brother Shikamaru got married, I even gave you the rings," Kaien quickly explained when he noticed her doubt.
"Oh! Kaien!" Temari suddenly realized, smiling.
"It really has been a long time. I heard you went out to train. I didn't expect you to grow this tall after just a few years."
"Hehe…" Kaien scratched his head awkwardly. "Well, Brother Naruto and Sister-in-law Hinata are getting married, so I rushed back to attend the wedding."
"Where are you heading in such a hurry?" Temari asked curiously.
"I'm going to the Hokage Building to look for Brother Naruto," Kaien replied.
"That's perfect. I'm going there too. Let's walk together," Temari said casually.
"Alright," Kaien nodded.
Naturally, he wouldn't refuse the chance to walk with a beautiful woman.
[Ding! Make-Out Paradise task: Go to Temari's house for dinner.

The system notification suddenly sounded in his mind.
"Sister Temari, is Aunt Yoshino doing well lately?" Kaien thought for a moment and decided to bring up Nara Yoshino.
"My mother-in-law is doing great. She goes shopping every day and lives very comfortably," Temari replied with a smile.
"That's good. I haven't seen Aunt Yoshino in a long time. I'll make some time to visit her," Kaien said, nodding.
"Well… are you busy later? Why don't you come to my place for dinner?" Temari invited without much thought.
"Uh…" Kaien paused for a moment, then smiled.
"Sure, Sister Temari. It's been a long time since I tasted your cooking. I'll be looking forward to it."
"Hehe." Temari pursed her lips and smiled lightly.
The two chatted as they walked toward the Hokage Building and soon arrived downstairs.
"I'll wait for you down here later. Let's go to my house together," Temari said as she stopped in front of Shikamaru's office.
"Alright," Kaien replied before heading toward Naruto's office.
"Knock, knock, knock!"
"Come in!" Naruto's voice came from inside.
Kaien pushed the door open and walked in. The moment he saw another woman inside, he froze.
The woman had long, light-yellow hair draped over her shoulders and wore a white kimono.
Her figure was curvy, her skin snow-white, her features delicate and refined, with picturesque brows and large, watery eyes that carried a natural allure.
"Sister Shion?" Kaien asked, confusion evident in his voice.
"Kaien, it's been a long time," Shion said warmly, stepping forward and smiling as she reached out to pat his head.
Kaien frowned slightly and then turned to look at Naruto.
"Ahem!" Naruto coughed awkwardly and explained, "Because Hinata had an accident, I asked Shion to come and see if there's anything she can do."
Kaien glanced back and forth between Naruto and Shion with suspicion.
When his eyes met Shion's deep purple gaze, the corners of her lips lifted into a faint smile.
For some reason, that smile made Kaien feel uncomfortable all over. He always felt that Shion's eyes were full of calculation.
"Brother Naruto, how is Sister-in-law's situation now? Any news?" Kaien asked, not thinking too much about it.
"Other than the information you gave—that she's a descendant of the Ōtsutsuki—I don't have any new news," Naruto shook his head.
"Actually, there's also bad news," Naruto continued with a frown. "Shion said that Hinata might already be on the moon."
Kaien wasn't surprised by this. If Naruto hadn't found out, he would've told him sooner or later anyway.
"Then how do we get to the moon?" Kaien asked.
From what he remembered, there should be a way to travel there, but he didn't know the exact location.
If Naruto and the others couldn't figure it out, he would have to find a way to tell them himself.
"Shion said there's a place that can be used to travel between Earth and the moon. I've already sent Sai and Kiba to search for it," Naruto replied after a moment of thought.
Hearing this, Kaien glanced at Shion again.
Could this woman really be here to help? Would she actually be that kind?
Faced with Kaien's probing gaze, Shion simply smiled without saying a word.
That smile only made Kaien feel even more uneasy.
He was certain she didn't have good intentions—but for now, there was nothing he could do. After all, she was helping on the surface.
After chatting with Naruto for a while longer, Kaien left the office.
There was nothing more he could do at the moment. All he could do was wait for news from Sai and Kiba.
Before leaving, he reminded Naruto to notify him immediately if there was any progress. He had to save Hinata.
Naruto responded perfunctorily.
Kaien exited the Hokage Building, only to find that Temari was no longer waiting downstairs.
"Did Sister Temari go back first?" Kaien muttered to himself.
He wasn't surprised. He had stayed in Naruto's office for quite a while, and it was already close to noon. It made sense that Temari would return early to prepare the meal.
Since he had expected to meet her downstairs earlier, he hadn't asked for her phone number.
With no way to contact her, Kaien could only head straight toward Temari's house.
