After entering the kingdom Kingsfall, Alric saw alot of vendors selling various things, there were fruits, vegetables then accessories items and some selling food that are cooked on the spot.
While Stella and Alric were passing through the market place, they talk about the food ingredients and books that Alric can buy here.
First they went to the Adventurers Guild to register Alric as an Adventurer, there Alric get to know he have to give a test to register as an Adventurer.
The test is divided into two parts, first is physical second is for magical. At the physical test Alric is supposed to attack a Mithril Dummy with weapon.
Alric also have to show his combat ability by sparring with one of the Adventurer and his stamina by running a certain distance in a given time.
He attacks the dummy with his own sword and the dummy is sliced into two parts, Stella and the others who witnessed were really shocked and stunned.
Even S- rank heroes are not strong enough to cut the Mithril Dummy so easily, they do destroys the Mithril Dummy but no one has ever been able to cut it without using special skills.
About the Sparring Alric was unable to land a single hit, but he was fine since he was wearing his own crafted armor. He didn't felt any hits while he did got hit tones of times.
He barely manage to complete the run, but he did it at the final timing close but he passed.
Now it is time for Magical test, Alric says he doesn't know how to cast spells. And they proceed with this much.
Alric is not good at combat and can't cast spells. So some instructor got curious if the damage he dealt to the Mithril Dummy is due to his weapon.
They borrow it from Alric to test it themselves, Stella is also suspecting the weapon must be really good.
Instructor hits the dummy but it barely manages to leave any scratch. Hence it was Alric not the weapon that deals the damage, they concluded.
Since Alric has not assigned the weapon to anyone yet, so no one can use the weapon's power except Alric.
Atlast Alric got his Adventurers card, both Stella and Alric forms a party and accepts some quests.
First quest is related with the culling of creeping blight, plant monsters that move in groups and prevents vegetables to grow and ruin others crops.
Second quest is to gather Greenheart herbs, used for basic healing potions often mistaken as weeds.
They completed 10 quests which were D-rank and earned enough Silvers, they went to an Inn and pay for the rooms to stay for some days.
