"Merry Christmas!" Nate said merrily to Moto, who was still trying to sleep. "Come on, we have to try out your powers! And I finished making the fake story of you and Marco dying and forged some fake sob notes. Everyone has basically accepted that now and a good amount of the backlash has been melted to whether you should be forgiven or not. And I really enjoy that social network you use.
"Huh?" Moto looked at him confused.
"You know the one where you can contact people in alternate universes."
"Also, why did you hide it from me?" He asked with glaring curiosity.
"Well, I thought you realizing about alternate universes actually existing and a world where it's not infinite would mentally destroy you, thinking your entire life was a lie."
"Moto, I know a lot of things. Like that amputee girl has a crush on you." Nate then froze, realizing what he said. "She what…"
"Shit, I promised that I wouldn't tell you but that was the first thing I thought of to prove my point of knowing a lot of things." Nate looked at Moto's shocked expression and knew what this meant. "Well, uhh, let's just move on from this. Follow me!"
Moto got up and followed Nate to an elevator guarded by 2 people. Roz and Jason.
"So, Nate, I've been needing to ask, you said that you'd give me a raise but it's been so long and I've yet to get my raise."
There was silence for 1 second.
"Jason, who the hell just starts a conversation like that in public? In fact, I'm cutting your rage by 1%." Jason sighed and looked down. Roz kept looking forward, not glancing at everybody.
Ding.
Underground it seemed like a whole new world. Welcome to Mitosiasta. We made an entire alternate universe under this world where it is also an infinite city with customizable changes with this remote. In fact, it can be anything; just type a prompt and it'll change in nanoseconds!
"
Nate said flexing showing off the remote, which looked like some basic old remote. Moto, confused on the physics and how this would even worked sighed and decided to not think about it.
"Alright so we'll see your strengths. We've invented this power-scaling system to see your feats. Like you're building level, which means you can destroy a building. Such and such." He says, pulling out a chart.
It showed the weakest level, the wall level and then the strongest, which was boundless. Moto nodded. "For example, I can destroy a building with a flick of my wrist. I have been rated continental. But of course I hold back not to harm anyone." He said smugly.
"Alright Moto so what we'll do is we are going to step into the elevator which is a barrier and we want you to land your lowest bunch, okay?" Moto nodded and they rushed into the elevator to watch. Moto hit the ground and everything just went black. There was silence for a few seconds with everybody speechless.
At this moment everybody paused, realizing what just happened. The entire infinite space, an underworld Nate worked so hard on, he just fell on the spot. Others were just flabbergasted.
"Wait, look, Moto is down there. Standing on nothing?"
Nate got up immediately and looked at the situation. There was a void, and below it was Moto standing there… menacingly.
Then he teleports to the elevator. Startling everybody. He got inside and pressed a button to go up; everyone remained silent until he dropped to the floor. "Damn, look at him; we probably will have to drag him to bed." Roz said, looking at him, worried. Nate started laughing. "Looks like we're going to send him on a mission for Christmas, Roz!"
"Are you joking?" Roz asked. "No, don't you see how powerful he is? Everything is easy now that he is that powerful—to destroy an entire alternate universe in one hit! Sure, it was the most powerful attack; he faced extreme backlash but would you rather have to spend days on your mission or like half an hour while Moto does like half the work?
He was grinning like crazy, almost abnormally. "Alright, he is getting power hungry and I don't like it!" Jason whispered in his ear. Roz ignored him and waited until Nate was nowhere near them to talk. "Yeah, that is true. What if he has Moto on us? He is pretty loyal to his brother, right?" Roz said,
"Yeah, he is. He talks about how much he loves his brother when he thinks nobody is looking. I always hear him say that in his room and I don't think he is aware of how loud he talks." Roz snickered at that.
"Wait, be quiet. What if Nate or somebody else hears us? I don't think anybody is scared to rat us out and Nate will definitely have us killed!" Jason said, nervous. "Jason, relax; he isn't going to break through the wall and kill us!" They both laughed and got on the bed together to watch some TV.
"Honestly, I think he should put his technology to good use." Roz mumbled under his breath.
"Well, this is it." Jason said as he looked at the camera spying on him.
"You're dying." Roz said, smiling. Jason sighed with a smile and rolled over.
"Remember what I said?"
"You are to prove that he is killing employees. We go on revolution against him and kill him."
"Good, because I did save every last penny to trick the camera that only I'm talking bad and you're the innocent one."
Roz nodded and closed his eyes; he heard beeping and flesh being blown up. He felt a warm liquid touch his shirt and cover parts of it slowly.
