In a small village where time moved slower than the wind, there lived a boy named Arin. But Arin was not ordinary.
Every night at exactly 12:01 AM, time stopped for everyone — except him.
The clocks froze. The birds hung still in the sky. Even the river stopped flowing like glass.
At first, Arin thought it was a dream. But when he touched a falling leaf and it didn't move, he realized something strange was happening.
One night, while the world was paused, he saw an old man sitting under a tree.
"You can see me?" the old man asked.
"Yes," Arin whispered. "Who are you?"
"I am the Keeper of Tomorrow," the man replied. "You have been borrowing extra time from the future."
Arin felt confused. "Borrowing? I never asked for it."
