With my stats so high, I was afraid that my SP would be completely drained or that I wouldn't be able to control my body. However, it was actually quite easy to control my movements, and my SP wasn't drained as quickly as I expected.
My stats were so high that I climbed up the wall of the labyrinth, and in a single second I was already at the height of the Finjicote nest. The nest was as large as the previous one, maybe even bigger.
It was so large that I wondered if there might be two queens inside.
As soon as I appeared, the Finjicotes took a moment to even react to my presence. Then I used my web and began jumping and running around, stretching my web everywhere to hinder the Finjicotes.
I did this so quickly that they only realized they were in trouble when some of them started crashing into my webs. Immediately their energy and stats were drained, and their wings began to lose strength.
Some of them started falling.
I laughed internally and began running, using my legs like blades to cut the Finjicotes in half. Even the high-level High Finjicotes were like paper when they came into contact with my legs.
They died instantly.
Within seconds, several bodies were scattered across the dungeon floor or stuck to my special webs.
That was easy, I thought while looking at the remaining Finjicotes, who seemed frightened. But even though they were scared, they were doing their best to protect the queen.
I smiled at their naivety, and seconds later I dashed through them, cutting the rest of them in half before they could even react.
I looked at my SP, and not even half of it had been used. In fact, it was still above 1,000.
I looked at the nest and used the Detection skill to locate the queen.
As soon as I found her, I struck the nest and destroyed a large part of it. The queen fell toward the ground along with pieces of the nest, and I threw myself toward her. I landed on top of the queen and split her body in half.
But even so, my level didn't increase.
Even after killing so many monsters, my level didn't go up! What a disappointment!
Well, they're weak monsters, so it makes sense. I should look for dragons or stronger monsters. It's probably harder to level up because of this new special evolution I obtained.
Sighing in disappointment, I left the Finjicote bodies behind and went searching for stronger monsters to kill.
####
Some time passed, and I didn't find any very strong monsters.
I found another Finjicote nest, a huge fish with legs that was somewhat strong, and a giant praying mantis that was quite fast and fairly strong.
Other than that, I didn't encounter many monsters.
And even after killing all those things, I didn't even reach Level 2.
Isn't leveling up a bit too difficult?
If this continues, I might have to go to the Upper Stratum to hunt those anomalies again.
They gave me a lot of EXP.
Huff~~
Letting out a sigh, I climbed up the walls and went to a high place. It was a large and very tall room, and there were no monsters in sight.
Are there really dragons in this place? I'm starting to doubt it.
Shouldn't a dragon have appeared already?
Time passed.
I "sat" there resting while continuing to observe the area below, waiting for a monster to appear.
After waiting for some time, a monster finally appeared.
That is… a monkey?
My eyes widened.
It was tall, maybe about the size of a gorilla. Its fur was white, and its eyes were completely black, as if they had no life in them.
I have to admit, it's a bit of a creepy monster.
I used the Appraisal skill on it to get an idea of its strength. Since it was tall, I expected it to be strong, but…

Throw LV3 • Hit LV2 • Spatial Maneuvering LV3 • Cooperation LV5 • Anger LV8 • Revenge
Those are good skills. That skill called Spatial Maneuvering… what does it do? I'm curious.
I searched for the skill in the system to take a look and managed to find it.
I can buy it for only 400 points.
Basically, it's a teleportation skill—but short-range teleportation.
Isn't this skill almost identical to Space Step?
The skill I already have is probably even better than this one. There's no need to buy it.
But I'm surprised that this monkey has a skill like that.
Well, I guess I won't have any trouble killing this thing.
Hmm…
The monkey kept moving while looking around, as if it were searching for something. I watched it for a while, and it seemed like it was waiting for something.
What is it doing?
Confused, I stood up.
As soon as I stood up, the monkey started looking around again, and this time it managed to see me. As soon as it noticed me, its lifeless eyes stared at me for a few seconds before it began moving away.
My intuition told me:
"Kill it."
And that's exactly what I did.
I used Space Step LV10 and appeared right behind the monkey. Since it didn't have much defense, I didn't need to edit my stats.
However, before I could kill it, it used its Spatial Maneuvering skill and managed to avoid the attack.
I was so surprised that I didn't attack again.
I just watched as it ran away and disappeared.
Even though my intuition tells me not to let it go, I feel like if I do let it go… I'm going to have a lot of fun.
And just as I expected, some time later, many monkeys appeared.
Including one monkey that was four times larger than the others.
This is going to be fun… and dangerous.
