Chapter 1 :Shadow stir
In the land of Akhara, where ancient spirits dwelled and shadows swirled with flames, twin brothers Kazan and Riki were born with a secret power. They were the chosen heirs to the legendary Sword Masters. Little did they know, their destiny was about to ignite.
Kazan and Riki grew up in Korigami Village, a peaceful place nestled between misty mountains. Their parents, Akari (their mother) and Toshi (their father), were respected villagers who had passed away. Haku and Kiyo, two ancient warriors who had fought a terrifying evil monster, were the only survivors. But despite their efforts, they couldn't defeat the demon. So, the monster began to take control of the village.
One ordinary morning, Haku heard about the twin brothers, Kazan and Riki, and decided to bring them to safety. Haku hurried to the village and sought the twins. When he arrived, Riki and Kazan asked him why he had brought them there.
Haku replied, "I brought you here because I've heard of the secret powers you two possess."
Riki asked, "What powers do you see in us?"
Haku said, "You both possess the power of fire, like me."
Kazan, confused, asked, "Do you mean we have fire powers?"
Haku nodded. "Yes, that's exactly what I mean. I've come to train you both in how to use your powers to protect the world."
One evening, as they returned from training, the air felt charged. Shadows flickered in the forest, and the village elders whispered urgently. A cold wind swept through the twins' bamboo houses.
Haku called the twins to his chamber. "Kiyo was an old comrade who helped seal Demrak away," Haku explained. "The time nears."
Kazan leaned in. "What time, Haku?"
Riki nodded, his eyes intense.
Haku spoke low, his voice grave. "Demrak stirs. The seal is weakening. You two must finish what Kiyo and I started."
The twins exchanged a look. Their training had finally led them to the fight they had been preparing for.
Haku continued, his voice heavy with the weight of memory. "Years ago, Akhara was ravaged by Demrak — a void creature born from darkness. It devoured villages and grew stronger. Kiyo and I fought Demrak at Korigami Peak, wielding sacred swords. We wounded it, but Kiyo gave her life to seal it beneath the mountains. I vowed to protect Akhara."
