As time went on, Tasha started to notice something was wrong. The business wasn't guaranteeing the returns Joshua has promised, and his calls went unanswered. She visited the office, only to find out that it was just a shell company e ok the no actual operation. Tasha's instincts were screaming at her, telling her that something was wrong, but she didn't want to believe it. She kept telling herself that Joshua was just going through a rough patch, that he would come through with the return, and that she was just being paranoid. But the doubt lingered, and Tasha couldn't shake off the feeling that she had made a huge mistake.
