Chapter 172 - 170

As soon as the Bai family entered the villa, they saw the scene in the living room.

Liu Ruyan was curled up in the corner, trembling all over, her face as pale as paper.

Li Boxiao lay collapsed on the floor, his eyes hollow as he mumbled something under his breath.

Dark red bloodstains covered the floor, and the thick smell of blood hung in the air.

But the most terrifying sight was the person sitting on the sofa.

Genichi.

He sat there with one leg crossed over the other, swirling a glass of red wine in his hand, his posture so relaxed that he looked as though he were attending some high-class cocktail party.

Yet his body and face were both stained with dark red blood. Under the lights, it was an especially shocking sight.

Father Bai's expression changed instantly.

Mother Bai's scream caught in her throat, unable to come out.

Bai Ningbing instinctively took a step back, her face turning deathly pale.

As for Bai Boda, the adopted son they favored, his legs went weak on the spot, and he nearly collapsed.

At that moment, how could the Bai family not understand?

Something had happened.

"Go! Hurry, go!"

Father Bai shouted in a low voice, turning and rushing toward the door.

They had not brought bodyguards with them, and they were not stupid.

In this situation, staying meant waiting to die.

However, they could not leave.

Several black shadows darted out of the darkness, blocking the door like ghosts.

Those shadows had no faces, only vague human outlines, yet they gave off a suffocating pressure.

Mother Bai screamed, her legs going so weak she almost fell.

But another black shadow had already grabbed her arm and forcibly dragged her back.

In less than ten seconds, all four members of the Bai family were controlled by the shadows and carried in front of Genichi like helpless chicks.

Genichi set down his wineglass and looked at the four wretched figures before him, the corner of his mouth lifting into a faint smile.

"Why run?"

He spoke softly. "Since you're already here, shouldn't I entertain you?"

Father Bai and Mother Bai were pressed to the floor by the black shadows, their faces against the cold tile, their bodies trembling violently with fear.

Bai Ningbing and Bai Boda were not much better. Each of them was pale-faced, their teeth chattering.

Genichi's gaze swept over them before finally landing on Bai Boda.

The adopted son they favored.

In Genichi's memories, this man had enjoyed everything that should have belonged to him.

His parents' love. A wealthy life. A bright future.

Meanwhile, the real son had been treated like an outsider, neglected and ignored.

"I'm curious."

Genichi slowly spoke. "You dug out two kidneys. Who exactly were they used on?"

He was referring to the two kidneys taken from Bai Ning Genichi.

Liu Ruyan had said they were meant to save Li Boxiao, but Li Boxiao had no wound on his body.

Bai Boda did not have one either.

So where had those two kidneys gone?

The Bai family all trembled at once.

Bai Boda lowered his head outright, not daring to meet Genichi's eyes.

Genichi narrowed his eyes, already having a guess in his heart.

However, now was not the time to press that question.

Originally, he had thought the Bai family would be like those people in the novels, brainlessly shouting at him the moment they came in, really treating him as that useless female-oriented romance Genichi.

But unexpectedly, Bai Ningbing did not start scolding him like an idiot.

"Genichi…"

She raised her head with difficulty, looked at Genichi, and struggled to keep her voice calm. "I know you're resentful about what happened this time, but…"

Before she could finish, Genichi could no longer listen.

Sure enough, he had overestimated his own tolerance.

Originally, he thought he could listen to their excuses and see what kind of nonsense these people could come up with.

But the moment Bai Ningbing opened her mouth, the killing intent in his heart surged.

Genichi waved his hand.

A black shadow immediately stepped forward and slapped Bai Ningbing across the face several times.

Smack! Smack! Smack!

The crisp sound of slaps echoed through the living room.

Before Bai Ningbing's scream could leave her mouth, it was beaten back by one slap after another.

Her face swelled at a visible speed. The corner of her mouth split open, and blood flowed out.

By the time the last few slaps landed, several bloodstained teeth flew straight out of her mouth and rolled across the floor.

Bai Ningbing was completely stunned. She collapsed on the floor, whimpering incoherently.

Genichi stood and looked down at them from above.

"I don't have the time to listen to your whining."

His voice was as cold as frost. "This time, I'm here for revenge. You took my kidneys, so I'll take yours. That's only right. Perfectly natural."

He picked up the scalpel on the coffee table and twirled it beneath the light.

The blade gleamed coldly, still stained with blood from the earlier kidney removals.

The Bai family's pupils contracted at the same time.

"No… don't…"

Mother Bai trembled and tried to retreat, but the black shadow held her firmly in place.

Just then, Father Bai suddenly let out an angry roar.

"You unfilial bastard! I'm your father!"

His face flushed red, and his eyes were filled with anger and unwillingness.

In his heart, he was the father, the head of the family. How could his own "son" treat him this way?

Genichi turned his gaze toward him.

"Father?"

He gave a cold laugh, mockery flashing through his eyes.

"Since you like jumping out so much, I'll start with you."

He was too lazy to waste words with the man.

The shadows immediately lifted Father Bai from the floor and pressed him onto the coffee table.

Father Bai struggled desperately, but the shadow's strength was terrifying. He could not move at all.

"What… what are you doing? Let me go! You unfilial bastard!"

His roar was tinged with fear, and his voice cracked.

Genichi ignored him.

Holding the scalpel, he slowly walked up to Father Bai.

As Father Bai watched him approach step by step, the anger in his eyes gradually turned into terror.

"You… you can't treat me like this! I'm your father! I gave you life, I raised you! What right do you have to…"

"Raised me?"

Genichi cut him off, the corner of his mouth lifting into a mocking smile.

"Yes, you gave me life. But did you ever raise me?"

He crouched down and looked straight into Father Bai's eyes.

"You…"

Father Bai opened his mouth, wanting to argue, only to find that he could not say anything.

Because what Genichi said was the truth.

"So don't blame me for being heartless."

Genichi said coldly, "You don't deserve that right."

As soon as his words fell, the scalpel in his hand came down.

"Ahhh!"

Father Bai let out a shrill scream.

The sharp blade cut through skin and muscle, and tearing pain instantly swept through his entire body.

He could clearly feel something being peeled away inside him.

"No! Stop!"

He struggled wildly, but the shadows pinned him in place, leaving him unable to move.

All he could do was watch the knife move inside his body and feel that bone-deep pain.

That pain was like being sliced apart piece by piece.

It was the pure agony of a blade cutting flesh.

The agony of his organs being stirred.

The agony of his soul nearly being torn apart.

Father Bai's body convulsed violently, and his screams grew more and more piercing.

His eyes were wide open, almost bulging from their sockets, and his face was twisted with pain.

Genichi operated calmly, his hands never pausing.

With a light flick, he drew out a kidney slick with blood and dropped it onto the floor beside Father Bai with a dull sound.

"Ahhh!"

Father Bai screamed again, the sound so sharp it nearly pierced the eardrums.

He lowered his head and looked at the kidney that belonged to him, his eyes filled with terror and despair.

That was his kidney.

And it had been dug out just like that.

Genichi glanced at the kidney, then raised his head and began to chant.

"Heal."

A soft light enveloped the wound at Father Bai's waist.

The hideous injury began healing at a visible speed. The bleeding stopped, and new skin grew over the wound.

In less than a minute, the wound completely vanished, leaving only smooth skin behind.

Father Bai lowered his head and stared at his smooth waist, his eyes filled with blank confusion.

The wound was gone?

The pain was gone too?

But what about his kidney?

His kidney was already gone. It was lying beside his face.

"Don't worry. You won't die."

Genichi's voice sounded beside his ear. "This is only the beginning."

Father Bai's body began to tremble violently.

He finally understood that Genichi would not let him die easily.

He wanted him alive.

Alive to endure even more pain.

Genichi stood and turned his gaze toward Mother Bai.

Mother Bai was already terrified out of her wits. When she saw Genichi looking at her, she began screaming madly.

"I'm your mother! You can't treat me like this!"

Her voice was shrill and piercing, filled with fear.

Genichi sneered.

He said coldly, "Aside from giving birth to me, what else did you ever do? Did you ever give me a shred of motherly love? Did you ever give me even a little warmth?"

He waved his hand.

The shadows immediately stepped forward, bound Mother Bai's arms behind her back, and pressed her onto a sofa chair.

Smack! Smack! Smack!

Mother Bai's screams mixed with the sound of slaps, echoing through the living room.

Her face quickly swelled, the corner of her mouth split open, and her teeth loosened.

"Don't waste my time whining."

Genichi spoke coldly.

The shadow lifted Mother Bai from the floor and pressed her onto the coffee table.

Mother Bai struggled madly, screaming and begging, but it was useless.

Genichi walked forward with the scalpel.

Mother Bai watched him approach, her eyes filled with despair.

"No… don't… please… I'm your mother…"

Her voice was already hoarse. Tears and snot mixed together, leaving her utterly wretched.

Genichi ignored her pleading.

He lifted her clothes, exposing her loose waist.

Then the scalpel fell.

"Ahhh!"

Mother Bai let out a shrill scream.

The sound was even sharper and more desperate than Father Bai's.

The moment the blade cut through her skin, that tearing pain nearly made her faint.

But she could not pass out, because the pain was too intense, forcing her to remain conscious.

She could clearly feel the knife cutting through her muscles and moving around her kidney.

That pain could not be described in words. It was as though countless blades were stirring inside her, as though her organs were being hollowed out.

"No! It hurts! Please!"

She begged frantically, but Genichi's hand did not stop.

With a light flick, he drew out a kidney slick with blood.

Mother Bai's scream abruptly stopped. Her eyes rolled back, her body convulsed violently, and she fainted on the spot.

Genichi glanced at her and waved his hand.

The shadows immediately woke her up.

"That's only one."

Genichi spoke softly. "Don't rush. We'll take our time."

Mother Bai opened her eyes, and when she saw Genichi's bloodstained face, she screamed again.

Genichi ignored her and looked at his own hand.

Blood still dripped from the scalpel.

He could not help muttering a complaint.

"I seem to be getting more and more skilled at cutting out kidneys."

With that, he turned his head and looked at the remaining Bai Ningbing and Bai Boda.

The two had already collapsed on the floor in terror. When they saw Genichi's gaze fall on them, they both began trembling violently.

"It's your turn."
