While the entire kingdom trembled at the threat of an impending dragon attack, our hero was fast asleep under a shady tree. The general rushed to him, shouting, "Wake up! The dragon is at the city gates!" Opening one eye, the lazy hero said, "Why the noise? Hasn't the dragon had lunch? Give him some food and calm him down."
Everyone thought he was crazy. But he noticed the dragon was only rampaging because it was starving. He lazily arranged for a massive pile of meat to be pushed toward the dragon. Surprisingly, after eating its fill, the dragon fell asleep on the spot. The battle was over without a single strike! The king asked in disbelief, "Can laziness be a war strategy?" The hero yawned and replied, "Using your brain means saving your body."
