Two weeks in, the Byakugan showed him something he wasn't looking for. He'd been closing on a beetle cluster - eight of them and as he descended, their ki flinched. All eight, simultaneously.
'Interesting.'
He didn't engage the cluster but instead landed a hundred meters away and sat on a ridge. He watched the beetles as their ki had relaxed, partially. The signatures were still dimmer than beetles he'd observed from further out - his proximity alone kept a slight compression on their energy. The closer he was, the more their ki shrank.
He pushed, flaring his ki outward as raw pressure radiated from his body. Through the Byakugan, he was able to watch it wash over the beetles. Their ki crumpled as the ki that had been flowing through their body freely was now sluggish and was struggling to circulate.
Their movements also changed; they seemed to move more slowly, and one beetle that was moving skittered sideways and stumbled like its body was heavier. He eased off, and their ki returned to normal, then he pushed again, harder this time, and their ki compressed even further.
He experimented for hours, finding out the range of the pressure held strong to about thirty meters, then dissipated rapidly past that. The cost was a sustained drain from his own reserves that scaled with how hard he pressed. Against these beetles, the cost was negligible, but against something with ki closer to his own, it might burn faster; he also had to actively maintain the field, and when his attention drifted to check a distant ki signature, the pressure dropped, and the beetles' ki bounced back.
He tried targeting one beetle out of eight, pressing its ki down while leaving the others alone, but isolating one target within it required even harder concentration. Through the Byakugan, seven beetles ki were normal, while the eighth beetle ki was diminished.
'Mmm, suppress sounds like a fitting name for this new move.'
He killed the cluster, turned them into pills, and ate them one by one. Three weeks later, the accident happened. Indra was forming weapons, dissolving them, and reforming them faster. Then he formed a spear and pushed ki into it, more than usual.
He wanted to see how dense he could make a single construct - how much energy the shape could hold before it shattered. The spear started glowing brighter and started vibrating slightly.
'That's probably enough-'
The spear pulsed and started cracking, seeming like it was about to explode. Indra threw it out of reflex, and it sailed across the wasteland to a rock formation two hundred meters out.
BOOOOM!!
A big ball of explosion covered where the spear landed, and created shockwaves that pushed Indra slighty back. When the dust cleared, the rock formation was a crater.
'Holy shit, I created a nuke by accident.'
Indra did it on purpose the next time. He created a spear and pushed his ki into it, even harder than last time, and cocked his arm, aiming at a ridge line eight hundred meters out, and threw it.
The spear crossed eight hundred meters in under a second, and he triggered the detonation with a thought when it reached the ridge. The ridge ceased to exist, and a pillar of light came that flattened the area for a kilometer, the rock vaporizing at the center.
'I will call you Explosion.'
He spent the next week refining it and figured out that as long as he could visually see it and aim correctly, the spear or any weapon would hit and detonate. Five weeks in, a beetle swarm that was forty-plus scattered across a wide basin.
Indra formed a disc, pouring his ki in until the edges flickered and sent it sailing telekinetically. The disc flew into the center of the swarm and detonated, the basin flashed white, and everything was flattened within two hundred meters. When the light faded, the beetles were gone, completely vaporized.
It was overkill, he knew it, but who wouldn't like to enjoy a little fireworks show? Two weeks later, Indra stumbled upon a beetle group; there were six of them, and they were scattered across the ground with enough space between each one that a single ki blast wouldn't catch them all.
He could use a big ki blast, but that's just a waste of ki. Then he got an idea and remembered when Super Buu used the Human Extinction Attack. He needed something that could be in six places at once and started experimenting that evening in an empty crater.
He created a single small ki blast and fired it from his palm, but instead of letting it fly forward and disappear, he held it, and the ball hovered five meters away, shaking slighty.
Through the Byakugan, he could see a thin thread of his own energy linking his core to the ball, feeding it; without the thread, the ball would dissipate in seconds.
He moved it in multiple directions. It was sluggish at first, but the Byakugan showed him the exact angle of every nudge, and within minutes, the ball was responding well.
He formed a second ball and decided to move both at the same time, all around him, which was manageable due to his 360° vision. Then he created two more, with each one adding a thread of attention to his awareness.
The Byakugan kept them all in view. Indra could see every ball position relative to every other ball and to himself from every angle at the same time. He created another two balls, and it started getting diffuclt but it was holdable. Each one hovered steady in its position, forming a loose ring around him.
He pushed it to ten, and two of them started moving out of the ring slowly, and the thread started thinning. He pulled them back, and his temples throbbed; he got to twelve total, but the other two collided and burst apart.
'Twelve seems to be my limit.'
He dropped back to eight and made them strike the ground simultaneously from every angle, hitting the same point at the same time, exploding.
'It's like a cage closing as every escape is cut off, I will call you snare as a homage to the snare trap.'
He found another beetle group three days later, and Indra hovered above them and fired Snare, eight yellow balls fanned out from his palms in a wide spray, spreading and taking positions around the beetle cluster in a three-dimensional net.
The beetles scattered, in seven directions, each one bolting for whatever gap it could find, in fear, but unluckily for them, they fucked up, and the balls repositioned, intercepting, where every beetle was.
He closed his fist, and the eight balls attacked simultaneously, evicirating the beetles, creating mini explosions. While Indra was unlocking all these new techniques, he was also training his spearsmanship and piece by piece across hunts, his skills returned, but it got even better, due to him having Momoshiki's body, which surpasses human capabilities.

Vampa was empty; he'd absorbed or killed every single beast, seeing how there was nothing other than the monsters that lived on here, he decided to venture out. He used Yomotsu Hirasaka, and the fabric of space opened up.
He hadn't really used it as he feared the ki consumption, but now, surely it must be enough. He stepped through the rift and floated in the vacuum of space, not needing air, and in front of him was a massive red planet.
Planet Vegeta.

A/N: Hope you like the three-month time skip, Vampa doesn't really have anything interesting and was just an exp farm for our boy. His power level is now 2,198,000!!
