Chapter 6 - Chapter 6: The Council of the Unseen

After the attack by Khairul Nafas, I couldn't sleep for a single moment. When I sat on the prayer mat during the Fajr call to prayer, Abdur Rahman suddenly appeared before me. His face looked a bit worried today. He told me, "Emon, the situation is much more complex than you thought. The more powerful and rebellious ones among the 1600 djinns have held a secret council. They want to challenge your authority. Tonight, you must present yourself before them, not as a human of flesh and blood, but with the power of your soul."

My blood ran cold hearing this. Entering the realm of the djinns through soul power meant leaving the body in a death-like state and venturing out with the spirit. This was extremely risky; if for any reason the soul was delayed in returning or the body was damaged, I would be trapped in that dark world forever. But there was no other way to gain full control over the 1600 djinns. My mentor had taught me how to release the soul. Late at night, I purified myself, lit incense, and locked the door. I drew seven powerful circles around myself so that no external force could touch my lifeless body.

As I began the chant, I felt myself becoming weightless. Instantly, I found myself in the middle of a vast desert where the sky was purple. Standing in rows before me were the 1600 djinns. Anyone would go insane seeing their massive statures and eyes of fire. Sitting on a high throne in the middle was Khairul Nafas. He mocked me, saying, "Look, our future master has left his body and come before us like a beggar today." I stood firm, showing no fear. I knew that here, my weapon was not physical strength, but the power of my faith and the strength of the seal given by my mentor. When I raised my right hand, a blue light began to emanate from my palm. Seeing that light, the entire army of 1600 djinns stood stunned. They realized that my mentor's seal had now merged with my soul.
