Rose was nowhere to be seen but she was most likely in the van, which was in a warehouse of some sort.
However, it wasn't going to be easy since dozens of mafia members surrounded it and every single one of them had a handgun and knife.
"Why did boss did us to get this girl anyway? She may be from an important family but there is no reason to kidnap her," one of the mafia members asked, who was sharpening his knife.
"Boss told us to. He may have a plan. Just do your job," A member replied, who was carefully observing the surrounding area, looking for any intruders.
Kael calmly listened to all of the conversations these members were having from above, paying extra attention to the important information. Eventually, he dropped down and punched one of the mafia members, launching him into a barrel.
However, Kael didn't stop there. He closed the lid and threw the barrel into the far corner with all of his force.
Unsurprisingly, every member noticed and started shooting at Kael. Though, it was of no use as Kael dodged all of them and shot fireballs at them. "Take this!" He yelled. He had seen a few fuel barrels, which made a evil smirk form on his face.
Instantly, the entire warehouse exploded due to the fireballs colliding with unwanted substances, debris, smoke and a large shockwave came first and then the shock. Kael rushed over to the van and saw that Rose wasn't there. The entire set up was a trap.
A trap waiting for the prey to enter...so that the predators could be unleashed.
Kael felt something was off but instead of running, he decided to face it. "Stop hiding like fuckin' cowards! Come out!"
Suddenly, dozens and dozens of mafia members arrived, a muscular man covered in tattoos stepped forward, a baseball bat in his hand. "Oh wow. look at the hero! What a nice person he is for trying to save his little princess! How about we give him a reward, right guys?"
Most of the mafia members laughed, every single of them having a weapon.
Kael was standing there with a straight face. He sighed and was about to say something but just then, he felt a baseball bat breaking his ribs and crushing his gut. Within a second, he was launched onto the wall from the sheer force and was now vomiting blood. "Fuck...I think I'm dead."
"This is what happens when you deal with me, kid." The muscular man said with a smirk, his name being Bruno.
Bruno approached Kael and put of one of his legs on Kael's chest. "What a weakling. All it took was one single attack and now you're on the ground and on the verge of death."
Kael clenched his teeth in anger and proceeded to grab Bruno's leg with his fire-covered hand, causing Bruno's leg to burn immensely. "AHHH!!! YOU BASTARD!" Bruno screamed, taking a few steps back.
Bruno then rushed at Kael, aiming for his head. "I'll smash your fucking head into pieces like a fucking watermelon, you bitch!" Bruno screamed, his face red.
However, as soon as Bruno got close, Kael aimed his arm at him and suddenly, a large burst of fire came out of his palm, almost like a flamethrower, causing Bruno's upper body to be fully burned. "AHHHH! FUCK! MY EYES! I CAN'T SEE!"
Kael then slowly tried to stand up, which he eventually did. Though, he wasn't in a state where he could rescue someone. In fact, his life was on the line.
Without hesitation, all of the members aimed their guns at Kael. "Do not move!" One of the mafia members screamed.

Meanwhile, Caspian was calmly waiting for Kael to arrive with Rose as he thought that a few random thugs with powers had kidnapped her. However, little did he know what was going to take place in a matter of hours.
"The spies have finished their job. They are apparently saying that Rose was kidnapped by a mafia leader, whose name is still unknown," Said the driver.
Caspian's eyes immediately widened. He got out of the car and said, "Shit. I messed up. I have to go help that kid...he won't be able to handle it by himself."

While all of this was happening, Rose found herself sitting right in front of the mafia leader, who was calmly smoking a cigarette.
Many menacing and strong mafia members had surrounded her, meaning she couldn't do anything. In fact, if she even showed a sign of escaping, they might kill her. She instead, fidgeted with her fingers and didn't dare to look up.
"What's the situation?" The mafia leader asked in a cold and slightly angry voice, which caused Rose to slightly flinch. His slight beard and cold, emotionless green eyes and scars made him extremely terrifying.
"The son of Ronx falcon attacked one of the vans that we set up all over the city. He managed to defeat all of the people there but it seems that Bruno has taken care of them," One of the strong and menacing mafia member replied.
The mafia leader nodded and then said, "Who's this Bruno? Don't tell me the names of people I don't know," he said with an angry face and voice. "Now, get going, would you?"
The mafia member nodded and left immediately.
The mafia leader then gestured one of his lackeys to bring him another cigarette. "Now, let's see what Ronx's son can do. I expect great things."
