Chapter 2 - 2:YOU ARE NOT A MIND READER

Have you ever noticed that when someone stays quite, replies late...

Your mind questions 'why'?

"Why are they trying to ignore me, maybe I am wrong "----- NO----- you're not

When someone behavior is changed, you think what happened? Am I wrong?

You don't ask, you assume

And then you believe your assumption

The problem is not you think, the problem is you know you think

'They are mad at me'

'They don't care anymore'

'They are loosing interest'

But did they said that?

-----NO-----

But your own mind filled the blanks

But the truth is, your brain can't read minds

Maybe they have a bad day

Maybe they are thinking of something else

But your brains asks

Why?

It thinks :

Expecting worse can make me feel better but, NO

You can't hear someone's thought

You see their actions, and even actions can have many reasons...

But your mind choose the worst reason first

UGGGHH WHY?

Its not protection, its fear that your brain is creating ...

When you assume the worst, you hurt yourself before your mind can even find the truth

You feel the pain for the reason, that may not even exist

You start living in your imagination instead of reality...

HERE IS SMALL RULE TO REMEMBER

If they didn't say it, dont think about it

If you don't know the truth, don't try to make one

Not every silence has a hidden meaning

Sometimes silence is just silence

TO BE HONEST:

You deserve love, happiness, attention, care and everything but for that stop making a whole spider webs in your mind

Choose your peace, your happiness because remember, you also mean a whole universe for someone, maybe for your family, friends and maybe you can also be someone's dream girl

And I know many of us have toxic parents but they also care but don't show

Don't think about people, think of yourself------ YOU MATTER A LOT-----
