Noah heard laughter beside him.
Despite his bruised face and broken lips, Damien laughed while looking at Noah.
With a pained grin, he said, "Told you... it's not special treatment..."
Noah lay there, staring at the ceiling, then slowly turned his head and looked at Damien with suspicion.
With narrowed eyes, he asked, "What? Why are you looking at me like that?" Damien said while still holding back his laughter.
Noah stared at him seriously and asked, "You... did you tell Instructor Morgana... about what I said to you outside her office?"
Damien's expression returned to normal. He stopped smiling, nodded casually, scratched his cheek, and said, "I just teased her slightly. Nothing else."
Noah frowned and asked, "What tease?"
