Ryan was still exhausted. He had recovered almost none of his mana, but he peeked out a bit, raising his head while remaining hidden in the crater.
What he saw:

'That must be the demon king's son,' he thought and quickly hid.
His hairstyle was strange; he had what looked like two daggers tied in braids at the back of his head.

When Ryan opened his eyes, he was no longer in that crater, which was the last thing he remembered. His vision showed the ceiling of a house with a huge hole in it. It was the feeling of being in a comfortable bed.

"Shit, I know we shouldn't have relaxed here. But that bastard demon... I'll kill him," Ryan declared angrily.
Ryan stepped out of the house. The massive creature they saw was engaged in a fight.
The first person who came running across the roof was actually a woman. Or so it seemed.
"Hey, she looks injured, we have to help her!" the blue-haired mage exclaimed.
They were in demon territory. Even knowing it wasn't a good place to lower their guard, that moment of carelessness involved them in something more than just a simple situation of pleasure.
