As Allocen saw Vane flying away, and Garwhole following him, he understood that it was the right moment. He had to destroy the hollowroot really fast, or it would become dangerous.
'Thanks, Vane!' thought Allocen as, with his consciousness, he was inside the golem. Its human body was safe; it was being protected by Darian. It was one of the first times that Allocen entered inside his golem. He did it only one time, but as his body was extremely vulnerable, he chose not to put himself in danger.
Now that he knew he could trust Darian, who was protecting his body, he did not want to hold back. So it was time to take care of that huge monster in front of him. The hollowroot normally stood on four legs, but if there was the need, it could even stand on two feet and use the front paws as arms, while Allocen's golem could only stand on two legs.
Around them, the ground was literally shaking. A step of these two titans created holes in the ground and moved the dirt all around. The bladekruk nearby did not dare to get closer; they simply rushed towards Darian.
'Darian, don't fall…' thought Allocen as he slammed his hand directly towards the hollowroot, who simply blocked it with his own mouth. Now that the hollowroot was standing on four feet, he was around 17 feet tall, but as he stood on two legs, he could even reach 22 feet.
But this meant less balance, so the hollowroot rarely did that. But after he was able to block Allocen's punch, he immediately put himself on two legs. He was growing a lot, and Allocen could only see the creature rising in front of him.
The hollowroot could barely hold its balance, and he was able to fall directly on Allocen's body. Allocen tried to stop the body with his hands, but the hollowroot weighed too much. Allocen was being pushed back.
'The spikes won't have much effect… I should put more,' thought Allocen as he made a small part of his arm black. As it touched the hollowroot's body, it returned to normal, but in the same spot, bigger black spikes started to grow. The hollowroot felt his body becoming weaker.
"NOWW!!" shouted Allocen as he threw an extremely strong punch towards the hollowroot, who flew away. The hollowroot's body got dragged and rotated for many feet, almost reaching the black planet on his back.
As the krukin was able to stop, he echoed really hard. Around Allocen, two krukmongbee had just arrived; they immediately shot their powerful stings towards him. The hollowroot began to run towards him, really mad.
'I have to do something!' thought Allocen as he immediately ran towards the hollowroot, many stings in his body, while the two krukmongbee, still shooting stings, killed themselves as they shot each other. Their bodies fell on the ground, destroyed by the stings.
As Allocen ran towards the hollowroot, he jumped high, trying to hit him from above, but the poison from the stings hurt too much. As he jumped, he lost a lot of strength, and he became really weak. The hollowroot, seeing the golem moving slower, got up on two feet and threw a punch towards Allocen, who could not defend in any way and got hit in the stomach.
'I have to do something!!' thought Allocen as he understood that he could not block or dodge the punch in any way. He then made his whole stomach black. As the hollowroot's punch touched the body, some of the black was absorbed by it, and spikes appeared on his hand, which became weaker.
While the black parts on Allocen's body remained there, they completely drained some of Allocen's power.
'That's why I never use my dark magic, and I just like to use the ground one…' thought Allocen as he fell on one knee. The darkness from his body disappeared, returning to normal, but still, he lost some of his strength, while the hollowroot could feel his arm becoming weaker.
As the krukin cried in pain, he immediately cut off his arm, which fell to the ground and created a crater. Allocen saw that and remained still, expecting the arm to grow again, and this exactly happened. The arm grew normally once again.
As the blood fell on the ground, it looked like rain. The trees took a new color; they became black.
'Tch, creating the spikes doesn't work well… I should probably just fight with brute strength,' thought Allocen as he glanced towards Darian. He was now fighting against the last two bladekruk. Allocen did not want to crush him with his body in any way, so he chose to remain away.
As the hollowroot's arm grew again, it rushed towards Allocen, who could only use his strength. So he ran towards it with his arm pointed forward.
As they crashed, the impact created a really strong wind that moved all the leaves nearby. After the impact, they started to throw punches at each other. Allocen tried to hit his body, but it was too hard.
Meanwhile, the hollowroot tried to bite Allocen's body. After he did that, he created a hole in the golem's shoulder.
Allocen took a step back. 'Going pure strength doesn't work… I should try to come up with something else,' thought he as he started to analyze the hollowroot's body. Then something came to his mind.
'I should focus more on the hole in his stomach…' thought Allocen as he started to rush towards him once again. Now he pointed towards the hole in his stomach. The krukin responded by rushing towards him too. Now he echoed hard. Behind him, some krukwyve appeared, and they started to move their wings extremely fast.
Allocen felt the wind pressure; he could not move very fast, while the hollowroot became faster. As he was a few steps away from Allocen, he jumped and tried to bite his head.
'Perfect!!' thought Allocen as he made his arm black and threw a punch directly inside the hollowroot's hole in his stomach. The krukin, confused, did not feel any pain and was able to hit Allocen's head by biting it. 'Now!!' Right before the krukin bit his head, Allocen made a part of his head black, right where the krukin was about to hit him. As the krukin landed behind Allocen, the hole in his stomach was covered, because it was full of spikes that were slowly draining its strength. Some spikes appeared in his mouth too.
Allocen had already used too much soul. His body started to bleed, which was extremely rare for him, and he fell on one knee. Behind him, Darian had just finished fighting against the bladekruk. But the hollowroot wasn't dead yet. In fact, the spikes weakened him a bit, but he still had a lot of strength.
'It can't be possible!' thought Allocen as the hollowroot rushed towards him, pushing him once again onto the battlefield, a few steps near Darian, who noticed the two titans and tried to get up.
Allocen tried to fight back with all his strength, but it seemed like the hollowroot's strength was infinite. Allocen could only walk backward, overwhelmed by the krukin's strength.
"I must—help him…" said Darian as he tried to get up. His body was extremely weak; he could feel the strength leaving him.
'I must not fall here!!! My mission is not over yet!!' thought Allocen as he put all of his strength into his arm, which pushed back the hollowroot, who was becoming weaker now.
"Darian, can you still fight?" asked Allocen. Darian, not used to hearing his voice coming from the golem, got a bit surprised, but then realized that it was normal. "Yeah, yeah… what do you need?" asked him as he was able to get up and run towards him.
"Try to freeze his whole body. It's the only way for us to defeat him!" yelled Allocen as he went to stop that krukin. He wanted to block him so that he would not be able to move anymore.
"Alright!!!" shouted Darian in response. Even though his body was bleeding and hurting, Darian could still move it and hide himself in the woods so the hollowroot would not notice him.
The hollowroot, already becoming weaker, could not resist against Allocen, who tried to block him. As Darian was close enough, ice started to rise from the ground, starting from the hollowroot's feet.
"RADIALL FREEEZZEEEE!!!" shouted Darian with all the strength left in his body. Ice started to rise from the ground. Allocen was holding the krukin perfectly.
As the ice almost reached the part where Allocen was holding him with his hands, he let go, and the ice completely overwhelmed the krukin's body, who became stuck in ice, dead.
Allocen threw a punch towards the ice, definitely killing the creature. Suddenly, the golem disappeared. "Allocen?! Where are you?" yelled Darian, scared that he could not see his friend anymore.
"Don't worry, you dummy… I can hear you," said Allocen as he came out from the hiding spot, his body bleeding.
Suddenly, from the bush, Vane came out too, but he could barely stand, his body full of injuries. "VANEE!!" shouted Darian as he immediately rushed towards him. Allocen walked normally.
"What happened, Vane? Are you alright?" asked Darian, worried. He did not want to create ice on his body to cover his injuries, not knowing what might happen to him.
"I ended up fighting some krukwyve… I killed them, but the same did not happen for Garwhole…" said he. As he ended the sentence, Garwhole landed in the battlefield with his usual look.
"Yeah… you could have never been able to defeat me by yourself," said he with his annoying voice. The three humans watched him angrily.
"Yeah, he could not have done it by himself… but we will be able to defeat you, Garwhole!" shouted Darian as the group was able to stand still.
"I wonder for how long you'll resist," said Garwhole, whispering, as he created strong wind with his wings.
