Chapter 46: Beast Horde
Looking down from the high ridge, the faces of the fourteen people standing behind Rhain turned deathly pale.
The Graves family members were worried for their people.
On the other side, Maren, and others were scared for their elders.
Weapons were drawn.
On the ridge above, Maren drew her sword, "We have to help them! Rhain—!"
Every person on the ridge was prepared to jump in below.
Every single pair of eyes turned toward the dark-robed youth standing before them instinctively.
They had subconsciously accepted his authority.
Rhain turned his head. His cold eyes locked onto Garon.
"Are you coming?"
Garon's face flushed with deep shame.
His own family leader was down there bleeding, surrounded by death, while he was arguing to stay back.
Gripping his weapon, he gave a stiff, heavy nod.
"Let's go," Rhain said.
Without another word, he simply stepped off the edge of the towering cliff.
