The third is a Hypocrit, he says that he cares for the village while ignoring all the missdeeds Danzo and the other elders have commited. They sat at a table and started talking. ,,You're right, fugaku-sama, I've never been in the uchiha compound because my parents died when I was very young. I lived in an orphanage for the past few years before I decided to leave (He actually got kicked out after the Incident with that crybaby and that caretaker whom he put into a genjutsu before leaving but nevermind :)
