Adal sat across the library table from Juliette, who was now tapping her chin with a finger in thought.
It was early morning, and by the looks of things, it would be another quiet day. Through the window, they could see that the streets were still quiet. However, every now and then, sun elf guards dressed in their armoured brown robes would patrol past the library.
Adal noted that there was no sight of the Fairwhite City guards, who used to defend the city. It was a sign of the sun elves' success in gradually taking over the city.
"Adal, you never told me what your class was. Unless it is some sort of secret?"
Juliette asked a question that Adal had been expecting for a while, but was hoping she would not ask.
