After bidding farewell to Zhaang Yumei, Zhaang Ye made his way out of the dense forest unscathed. Carrying two large backpacks, he returned to Three Rivers Town.
If it were anywhere else, walking around with two massive bags would surely draw attention. But Three Rivers Town was located near the outer forests of the Barbaric Beast Mountain Range. Adventurers and Medicine Gatherers entering the mountains frequently brought out giant sacks of materials, making a sight like Zhaang Ye's incredibly common.
Having lived in Three Rivers Town for years, Zhaang Ye was intimately familiar with everything in it. Without even glancing at the signs lining the street, he carried his backpacks straight into a medicinal herb and materials trading post at the end of the block.
The shopkeeper was an old man in his fifties or sixties. He deftly untied Zhaang Ye's backpacks and rapidly inventoried the Medicinal Herbs inside.
