Lin Xuan's actions were a bit peculiar. The other Alchemy Masters would first solidify one Elixir Pill before moving on to the next, a much steadier approach. Lin Xuan, however, skipped this step entirely. Once he felt it was sufficiently melted, he crushed another Red Leaf Pill and tossed it into the Pill Furnace.
The third!
His actions drew quite a bit of attention. Lin Xuan was tossing in another Red Leaf Pill to mix before the previous one had even begun to solidify. This method made everyone's eyes go wide. Tossing an unmelted pill into a melted liquid was a recipe for disaster. The best approach was to handle them one by one, not mix them all together at once.
The problem was, Lin Xuan was actually doing it, and he made it look completely casual.
Long Bin sneered. He tossed in his third Red Leaf Pill and began to fuse it. 'Let's see if Lin Xuan actually has any skill, or if he's just a show-off!'
