Jasper Sherwood wasn't interested in the Sutton family's affairs.
He raised a hand. "Hold on. You asked me to pull an all-nighter with you, so don't talk to me about other stuff. I can only hang out with you for tonight, at most. I'm going to Valengard tomorrow to see Holly. Her surgery is next month."
"So soon?" Shawn Hawthorne asked, surprised.
"I've been waiting for several years. If the surgery is successful, the biggest weight will be lifted off my shoulders."
Shawn Hawthorne nodded, then asked, "Do you need me there on the day?"
"No. You just focus on fighting with Elliot Prescott."
Shawn Hawthorne: "...Alright, then. Let's go to the internet cafe."
Jasper Sherwood had no objections.
He didn't actually enjoy playing games that much.
Except when he played King of Glory with Nina Donovan.
That was only because Nina liked to play, so he had logged back into his account to carry her and help her rank up.
