Bob watched the fleeing goblins and said in surprise, "Just like that... it's over?"
The carriage drivers and the Guards in the convoy had pretty much the same expression.
Everyone knew that a horde of goblins was hardly a threat to the Adventurers who had slain a dragon.
But what most people in the convoy hadn't expected was how utterly defenseless the goblins were against these Adventurers. They were mowed down as easily as a farmer harvesting wheat.
Over a hundred goblins and a goblin Mage had been completely incapable of fighting back. A force of that size could normally wipe out an entire, well-guarded convoy.
"Twenty! I got twenty of 'em!"
Kase brandished his Shield, shouting at Dorn, "How many did you get, shorty?!"
Dorn finished off a goblin playing dead on the ground with a backhanded flick of his Dagger. "I'm an expert at dealing with tough opponents, not a bunch of stupid monkeys!"
"Anyone know how many I got?" Colin asked.
