As the description for Sanctuary of Indomitable fully materialized on the panel, Roland felt a subtle change occur deep within his consciousness.
It wasn't a surge of Power or a physical enhancement, but a kind of…
...an indescribable sense of stability.
It was as if his once-fluid will had been tempered, shaped, and finally solidified into a silent but majestic sanctuary, standing quietly at the core of his spiritual world.
Previously, Will of Steel had given him a passive line of defense, like Cold Iron rejecting any intrusion.
But now, that line of defense had become a Sanctuary.
He felt his thoughts were clearer and more autonomous than ever before.
Just moments ago, while testing Rift Walker, a "static" had muddled his senses and twisted his perception. Now, the moment it touched the border of this formless Sanctuary, it was naturally blocked out.
'Immunity to all hypnosis, illusions, charms, fear, and chaos…'
