Chapter 6 - Chapter 6: The Assessment from Blue Star, Ice and Snow World

[Alert]: Logging into the Ten Thousand Realms Divine Net...

[Alert]: Identity verification successful...

[Alert]: Consciousness descending into your Divine Realm...

[Alert]: Welcome, great God of Nature, Lord of Elves, and Forest Dominator, to your Divine Realm!

Early morning, in the Dawn Forest.

A bone-chilling wind howled fiercely, carrying with it biting frost and freezing the surface of the river.

The towering trees of the Dawn Forest, some over ten meters tall, formed a natural green barrier, holding back the encroaching world of ice and snow.

This barrier was the only thing that gave the Wood Elves in the forest a hope of survival.

In the shade of the forest, several Elves hid in the treetops, their eyes fixed on a herd of goat-like creatures below.

They held Bent Bows, and the Quivers on their backs were filled with Fine Arrows.

The severe cold made them tremble, their faces pale, yet their fingers remained perfectly still.

"5...4...3...2..."

Feiyana stared at the wild goats, counting down in her mind.

"1..."

"WHOOSH... WHOOSH... WHOOSH..."

At that exact moment, over a dozen Fine Arrows shot out from all directions in the treetops.

In an instant, more than half of the grazing herd of wild goats were taken down!

Feiyana's arrow struck a goat squarely in the neck.

"SHLICK!"

The Fine Arrow pierced through the goat's neck, and fresh blood gushed out nonstop.

The wild goat collapsed instantly.

The other arrows had also found their marks, striking the vital spots of other wild goats.

"Great, we did it!"

A look of joy spread across Feiyana's face. With this kill, their tribe would have enough food to last several more days!

Suddenly, a rustling sound, "SHHH SHHH," came from the bushes near the trees.

Before long, more than a dozen wild wolves emerged, forming a circle and surrounding the group of Wood Elves.

The hungry wolves' eyes glinted with ferocity, their fangs slightly bared.

They clearly viewed both the Elves and the goats as their next meal.

Feiyana and her companions quickly stood back-to-back, forming a defensive circle. They gripped their Bent Bows tightly, arrows nocked and ready for the impending fight.

"Stay calm," Feiyana commanded in a low voice. Though gentle, her voice was filled with Power at this moment.

"Remember, our tribe needs this food!"

Her words immediately calmed her companions' nerves.

The Wood Elves took a deep breath, steadied themselves, and focused all their attention on the enemy before them.

The wolves seemed to sense the Elves' determination.

Their howls grew deeper, as if they were weighing their chances of victory.

Just then, a low roar echoed from deep within the forest, and a moment later, a massive wolf-like creature appeared among the pack.

Its body was far larger than the other wolves, and its eyes, like burning flames, glowed with a terrifying light.

It was clearly a Wolf King.

Its appearance made the wolves even more frenzied.

At the same time, it cast a shadow over the Elves' hearts.

"Prepare for battle!" Feiyana yelled, her voice echoing through the forest.

The Elves drew their bowstrings taut, aiming their arrows at the most dangerous targets in the pack.

For a moment, time seemed to freeze. Everyone held their breath, waiting for the battle to explode.

However, at that critical juncture, a powerful gust of wind swept through, whipping up fallen leaves and snow into a whirlwind that shot directly toward the wolf pack.

The whirlwind carried an icy chill that slowed the wolves' movements.

Seizing the opportunity, Feiyana and her companions acted swiftly, unleashing a rain of arrows that accurately struck their targets in the pack.

The wolf pack seemed startled by this sudden development.

But they quickly recovered and lunged toward the group of Wood Elves...

Meanwhile, outside the Dawn Forest, another group of Wood Elves was breaking ice to fish.

Suddenly, a giant, seven-to-eight-meter-long catfish leaped out from the hole they had chiseled in the ice.

It swallowed an Elf in a single gulp before diving back into the water...

Watching these terrifying natural disasters and the Wood Elves' desperate struggle for survival, Zhang Yi couldn't help but sigh.

This was the "little" trial the Blue Star Will bestowed upon the Divine Realm of every new Divine Being after its creation.

The intensity of the natural disasters varied depending on the size and effects of the Divine Realm.

A top-tier Divine Realm like Zhang Yi's naturally had to face a trial of top-tier disasters!

But this was also an opportunity—a chance for a new Divine Being to increase their Believers' faith!

For every Divine Being, Believers and faith were of the utmost importance!

The levels of Believers, from lowest to highest, are:

Non-Believers, Pseudo-Believers, General Believers, True Believers, Devout Believers, Fanatic Believers, and Holy Believers!

Furthermore, Holy Believers can act as vessels for a Divine Being to manifest their Power, which makes them incredibly difficult to cultivate.

Holy Believers are those who would still seek to resurrect their Divine Being even after they have fallen.

If there isn't a shred of hope of reviving their Divine Spirit,

they are the kind of Devout Believers who would rather die alongside the very being they worship!

Generally speaking, Fanatic Believers serve as the Bishops of a Divine Being's Religion, Devout Believers are branch leaders, and True Believers act as Priests who spread the Divine Spirit's radiance.

True Believers are the main source of a Divine Being's faith, as well as the core members of their following.

As for General Believers, their faith is inconsistent.

It takes the Faith Value from several General Believers to equal that of a single True Believer!

And Pseudo-Believers are even worse.

For a new Divine Being like Zhang Yi, who had just established his Divine Realm,

it would be very difficult to increase his Believers' faith if he couldn't perform miracles.

However, an extreme environment is the best opportunity for a Divine Spirit to grow their following!

Just a small miracle could yield a hundredfold, even a thousandfold, return in the faith of his Believers!

Ten thousand points of faith can be condensed into one strand of Divinity, and ten strands of Divinity can be condensed into one point of Divinity.

With ten points of Divinity, one can break through to become a First Transformation Demigod.

With twenty points of Divinity, one can break through to become a Second Transformation Demigod.

And with one hundred points of Divinity, one can attempt to ignite their Divine Fire and ascend to become a True God!

If it weren't for the fact that the Wood Elves were his Initial Clan, which granted him a bonus to Faith Value acquisition, Zhang Yi wouldn't even have 3,000 points of faith right now.

The most pressing matter right now was to solve the Wood Elves' survival problem!

Because the Divine Realm was newly established,

the nascent Divine Realm was too weak. Infusing resources into it via Cards would cause fluctuations in its fundamental rules, which would require time to stabilize.

Generally, during the first year of a new Divine Realm's existence—according to Main World time—one could only infuse a maximum of one Card per month.

This was the first month in the Main World, so Zhang Yi could only choose to load one Divine Domain Card.

And now, Zhang Yi had two choices before him.

One choice was to use a Supply Card, which contained a large amount of food, ensuring the Elves could safely weather the harsh winter by staying within the Dawn Forest.

The other choice was to use a Weapon Card, which would give the Wood Elves powerful iron Weapons and Armor, allowing them to expand outward on their own to hunt for more food.

But at that very moment, the Wood Elves within Zhang Yi's Divine Realm did something that caused his Golden Finger to activate!
