The Kyushu Spirit Realm was home to the Four Great Forces: Eastern Emperor City, the West Third Level Long Family, the Southern Netherworld Mansion, and the North Piaomiao Palace.
Whether by design or not, each of the Four Great Forces occupied two states, for a total of eight. The ninth state, the Celestial State, was given to the Dragon Sect.
The Ghost King Sect was now a sect in name only, so Kyushu had been completely carved up by the Four Great Forces and the Dragon Sect.
The Four Great Forces seemed satisfied with this outcome. Everyone else also assumed that with this concession, the Dragon Sect would be content. After all, if the Four Great Forces were to launch an all-out attack, it was uncertain whether the Dragon Sect could withstand it.
But just then, the Dragon Sect suddenly attacked the other states of Kyushu. Their first target was the two states controlled by the Imperial City.
