On Friday, Aria Sterling returned home.
She didn't expect to run right into her grandfather and a frowning Raina Sterling.
"Aria, you're back." Miles Sterling had heard the rumors going around about his granddaughter and Damian Xavier. "What's really going on between you and Damian?"
Raina Sterling looked at her as well, an unnatural smile forming on her face. "That's right, sis. Didn't you two get divorced? Can the rumors about you reconciling be true?"
'Please let this not be true,' she prayed. She had worked so hard to get into the Xavier Group, hoping to get closer to Damian. She absolutely couldn't let Aria ruin it.
Aria Sterling looked at Miles Sterling and Raina Sterling, setting her bag down.
"We're just business partners right now, nothing more."
As she changed into slippers, she subconsciously glanced at her stomach. The doctor had said she would start showing next month, and then she wouldn't be able to hide it. But she still had no idea how to tell her grandfather.
