Aria Sterling looked up. In the short time she had been discussing a design draft, something had happened. She didn't know what, but Jasmine Lynch was no longer by her side. Instead, she was crying by herself in a corner.
Aria hurried over to her.
She knew Jasmine wasn't the type to cry easily. Something serious must have happened.
"What's wrong? Tell me what happened."
She was incredibly worried. The girl in front of her was her best friend, and they told each other everything.
Jasmine told her everything, laying out the entire sequence of events without leaving out a single detail. As soon as she finished speaking, she broke down, wailing.
The loud noise drew the attention of the entire class, and students started coming over to see what was wrong.
Some were genuinely concerned, while others were just putting on a show of false sympathy.
But the male student in question was truly cold-blooded. He heard the girl crying and acted as if he hadn't heard a thing.
