Damian Xavier had appeared while her adoptive father was unconscious, so he didn't know who this well-dressed and seemingly wealthy man was.
"Aria, there's a man standing next to you. Who is he? Do you two know each other?"
"I'm her boyfriend."
Damian Xavier cut in, speaking first.
Aria Sterling had expected her adoptive father to be angry and scold her for dating so young, but instead, he just smiled.
"Dad, you... you're not against it?"
Aria Sterling clutched the hem of her clothes, biting her lip as she looked at him nervously.
Even though she and Damian Xavier weren't actually boyfriend and girlfriend, for some reason, she felt this strange sense of nervousness.
