Never mind whether the Bloodthirsty White Tiger possesses the power of the Unity Realm on its own. As long as it has the Thunder Restricted Area at its back, it can command power far exceeding that level. After all, the Thunder Restricted Area is a place that has struck down even Unity Realm ancestors. The fact that it can occupy the area proves it has mastered the Thunder Law of the Thunder Restricted Area.
Once it mastered the Thunder Law of the Restricted Area, it was no longer a mere Fusion Realm cultivator. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to treat it as a Unity Realm, or even a Peak of Unity Realm, expert.
Most importantly, its methods of attack are far too aggressive. It has already recruited a large number of the Demon Race and begun invading the cities of the Thunder Clan. It's truly despicable.
