The tribulation was a success. One-tailed successfully passed it on the Nine-tailed Fox's behalf. Moreover, this wasn't just the tribulation to ascend past the Transformation Realm—the entire cultivation process that followed was skipped as well. When the bolts of Thunder struck, one after another, One-tailed couldn't bear it and was instantly destroyed. However, the Nine-tailed Fox's [Nine-tailed Form] was not so easily obliterated.
Indeed, how could One-tailed have possibly withstood such ferocious Thunder? The endless barrage of world-ending bolts was enough to kill every living being in the First Celestial Realm. How could a mere One-tailed, at the Perfection stage of the Transformation Realm, have possibly endured it?
