After capturing the True Body Realm Great Demon from the Spirit Fruit Forest, Jiang Qiu naturally planned to use the demon to trade for more True Form Fruits. He wanted to help his Nine-tailed Fox break through to the True Body Realm. In reality, however, a single Great Demon of that level wasn't valuable enough to be exchanged for that many resources.
Indeed, the moment Jiang Qiu subdued the True Body Realm Great Demon, the leaders of the Spirit Fruit Forest's Demon Race, who resided in the core city, already knew what had happened. They were all mutually connected. The True Forms of Great Demons in the True Body Realm, for instance, are linked to one another; they are not isolated. Therefore, when the Great Demon was captured, they all sensed it immediately.
However, they didn't take action right away. They even hid from Jiang Qiu's probing senses—or to be more precise, from One-tailed's, and even from the Nine-tailed Fox God's. They were terrified of being implicated.
