"Alright, stop for now. That breathing sound is just awful. You can practice on your own when you get back. Next, we'll start learning the third breathing method: count from one to ten, then twenty, all in a single breath. The higher you can count, the better, but take it slow and build up gradually. Don't overdo it at the start, or you'll pass out." Apparently, even Rascal couldn't stand the terrible noise.
After they finished practicing breathing rhythms, Rascal taught him a few vocal exercises. Then, their three-hour session was up, and Shen Yibin led Hah'Er out of the private room.
"I finally survived." After paying the bill and returning to the shop, Shen Yibin collapsed onto the sofa, his face a mask of despair. The thought of having to practice first thing every morning, and then going to the KTV to sing little tunes for Master Rascal in the afternoon, made him lose all hope for the future.
