A smile appeared on Lin Chu's lips as he looked at the email.
'The identity is sorted.'
Although this kind of identity was just part of the overt rules, it wasn't as practical as the covert ones.
If someone wanted to tear it up and resort to force, there was nothing he could do.
But at the end of the day, it was a cover. He'd put it on for now and see what happened.
Even if the overt rules weren't that solid, they were still part of the rules.
"Good. Thanks for your hard work. Nicely done. Next, I'll have to trouble you to get a legal team sorted out. Spare no expense, at any cost."
Lin Chu typed out a reply, lit a cigarette, and exhaled a long plume of smoke.
'Things are starting to look up,' he thought. 'It's all coming together, step by step, just as I planned.'
Liu Junfeng hadn't replied yet.
Gao Haitao's email was a report, so Lin Chu didn't bother replying. He went back to browsing other content on the dark web.
