The next morning, Ivy Holden woke up to a room awash in pink and couldn't help but rub her temples. 'It's time to talk to Chairman Morrison about changing the color scheme in here,' she thought. 'This saccharine, girly vibe is a bit much.' She got out of bed, grabbed a random outfit, and headed into the bathroom. After getting ready, she went downstairs feeling refreshed.
Brooke Morrison was just walking out of the kitchen with a bowl of soup when she saw Ivy and smiled. "Ivy, you're awake! Does your head hurt? Are you feeling unwell at all?"
"I'm fine. Thank you for asking, Auntie Morrison." Ivy walked to the dining table. Looking at the sumptuous breakfast spread, she remarked, "I finally understand why Dad can't live without you."
Brooke Morrison ladled some soup into a bowl for Ivy and asked with a smile, "Oh? And why is that?"
