"Alright!" Hearing they were going to make cookies, Jensen Morrison perked up instantly.
"Lady Eden, what kind of tea is this?" Chase Raines sat down across from them and picked up a nutcracker.
"It's a private-stock black tea," Ivy Holden said, pouring a cup for Chase Raines. "Mr. Raines, please have a taste."
Chase Raines took a sip of the tea and nodded. "Excellent tea! Since I'm drinking your tea, I'll help you crack these walnuts."
"Deal. Go for it, Mr. Raines. Let's crack all these walnuts, and later we can make some walnut crisps for your Milly," Ivy Holden said with a smile, holding her teacup.
"You got it!" Chase Raines cracked two walnuts, then asked, "But do you even know how to make cookies?"
"We have a master right here," Ivy Holden said, jutting her chin toward Skylar White.
"Oh? Young lady, are you the pastry chef here?"
"She's the young boss here," Ivy Holden said with a laugh.
