"Ms. Aldrin, give us a performance!"
"Ms. Aldrin, sing a piece from a Huangmei opera!"
"Ms. Aldrin, sing something from *The Female Imperial Son-in-Law*!"
Cassie Aldrin had once sung a piece from *The Female Imperial Son-in-Law* on a variety show. A fisherman in the crowd who loved that performance immediately shouted out the request.
"Ah? *The Female Imperial Son-in-Law*? You all want to hear that?" Cassie Aldrin asked everyone with a smile.
She clearly looked like she wanted to sing, so Polly Phelps immediately shouted, "Yes, we do!"
"Do we have the music?" Cassie Aldrin turned and asked the staff.
The music for the Huangmei opera immediately began to play. Cassie Aldrin struck a professional pose and began to sing, "To save my love, I left my home, who knew I'd top the scholar's roll..."
Although Huangmei opera wasn't as popular as Errenzhuan in The Barrens, Cassie Aldrin's performance was nothing short of professional.
