Ivy Holden hadn't contacted Cassie Aldrin since the winter fishing trip in Silvercreek.
Besides, the truth had long since come out: Clementine Chambers had been causing trouble, and the root of it was that she'd been goaded on by Cassie Aldrin. And behind Cassie Aldrin stood BerryTube.
Although BerryTube's main backer and Jensen Morrison had now shaken hands and made peace, some things, once they happened, were like a persistent rash. Even if covered up, they would inevitably cause discomfort from time to time.
And Ivy Holden wasn't one for schmoozing. The only reason she'd ever greet someone with a smile was if she was in a good mood.
