Just like that, Felosen moved directly into the Duke Mansion. Graces and Smelian showed no particular reaction to the newcomer.
They would nod when they saw him, but that was the extent of their interaction.
But Felosen knew full well that while the two hadn't said anything to him, it didn't mean they were unconcerned by his presence. They were simply less expressive about it than Simon and Cecil.
Later that day, Felosen asked Lu Xia out alone.
Lu Xia accepted.
She had expected Felosen to be like the others and invite her to dinner at a restaurant.
But instead, Felosen took her to a Starship.
Lu Xia wondered why he had brought her here, and she asked him as much.
"You probably heard from Simon what I do, right? Or rather, what my family used to do?"
Lu Xia looked into his eyes, which resembled fine red gems. "I've heard a few things. Does that have anything to do with you bringing me here today?"
