"Young Master Meng, we meet again," Su Qing said, looking at Meng Chenghui calmly.
Meng Chenghui saw that Su Qing didn't take his flowers, instead offering only a detached greeting. He knew then that she was unwilling to accept his confession.
But who was Meng Chenghui? He was a famous playboy in Xiangcheng. He had dated so many women and had seen all sorts of their little quirks. There had been others like Su Qing who weren't interested in him at first, but didn't they all end up surrendering to his gentle advances?
So, Meng Chenghui wasn't bothered by Su Qing's coldness. Instead, he smiled and said, "Su Qing, I know my arrival today is sudden, and I don't expect you to accept my feelings right away. But I'm sincere about you. I hope you can give me a chance, an opportunity to pursue you. I truly hope to walk down the aisle with you one day."
Su Qing couldn't help but raise an eyebrow. 'Is this Meng Chenghui for real?'
