"What are you still doing here? You're acting like a creeper. Can't you hear what's going on in there?" Noah taunted.
Lucia flinched at Noah's words and subconsciously covered the front of his pants, stammering, "I… I'm waiting for Yaoyao."
"Hmph. Don't bother waiting. She won't be out anytime soon. If my sister saw you looking like that, wouldn't you be embarrassed?" Noah snorted, crossing his arms with a look of utter disdain.
"I… I can't help it," Lucia's voice was barely a whisper. His ears were burning so red they looked like they might bleed, and he wished the ground would swallow him whole.
Seeing Lucia's mortified expression, Noah felt a strange surge of irritation. He turned his head away. "Fine. Just stop standing there like an idiot. It's pathetic."
But Lucia seemed to ignore him, his eyes remaining glued to the door of the hot spring, filled with anticipation.
